   Was great. A definite improvement since the last experience! Love the booths on the right hand side of the lounge.

   We were not aware that you cannot get the happy hour items or prices in the dining room. This should be properly advertised.

   This is was our second or third time coming to Earl’s Test Kitchen and it never disappoints! Our server, Abby, was phenomenal - so personable, attentive, and sweet. The food and drinks were amazing and we will definitely be coming back again.

   I booked the table under a different name and it was booked under my name, so there was an issue when they arrived at the restaurant.

   Another great meal at Earls Test Kitchen. Tried tequila espresso martini……I was skeptical but it was delicious.

    Reservation process great. Waitress was excellent Entrees took over 45 min to come out. Steaks were over cooked. Warm. Not hot. I had 7 guests in from all over the world. I’d sold them all that this was a great place. But you came up short last night. Again the waitress was amazing. But the kitchen was underperforming I spent way too long there. Wanted to be gone by 10pm. Left at 11:45pm.

I want to sincerely apologize for your recent experience.We deeply regret that we did not live up to your expectations, particularly with the delay in your entrées and the quality of the food upon arrival. While I’m very glad to hear your server made a great impression and provided excellent service, it’s clear that our kitchen performance fell short, and for that, I’m truly sorry.
