The manager came by to advise us our food had not been prepared correctly and offered us a drink as we waited. Handled very well. Our dynamite rolls were great.
Always consistent. You know what you’re getting. Food is good.
Was very dark in the restaurant so very hard to read the menu
Service was extremely slow. Was never asked if we would like another drink at anytime. The manger (I think) came over to see if we needed to go boxes and then we still waited to pay. Our table was very unstable and waitress was supposed to bring coasters to try and stabilize. I think she may have been new which is ok however if this is the case then management should have been there to help her especially on a busy Saturday evening
Service wasn’t great. I specifically asked for soft bread with spinach dip and they brought me hard, crunchy bread.
The food was very delicious and Ara, the server, treated us with class!

As soon as we were seated the server was at our table. She greated us with a smile, explained the specials and took our drink order. Drinks came about 10 minutes later which gave us time to look at the menu. Food came 15 to 20 minutes later and was HOT. My steak was med rare the way i ordered and very tender. My wife also enjoyed her meal . Would highly recommend EARLS as a place to spend a enjoyable night out with great food and friendly staff.
Not great!! Empty restaurant but seated under a loud speaker. Took repeat requests to be moved. Identified as gluten sensitive but gluten coated food was added to a plain rice dish. Dinner itself wasn’t the same as an identical order at a different earls location. I won’t be back for quite a while
Came for the beet salad but taken off the menu. Why did you do that. It was so delicious.
It was good we did ask for a booth and to be near a tv with the hockey game but that wasn't available, however they did turn the game on for us on the big tv
Excellent restaurant and our server Sara was extremely helpful and courteous. Loved the atmosphere of the establishment. The food was delicious and served quickly. Our only complaint was that there was no pumpkin pie even though it was on the online menu. We will definitely be back. It was a great location to celebrate our 38th wedding anniversary. Thank you
Service was slow and very full and loud.
Server Chloe was great! She was very nice and attentive ensuring we always had water in our cups which we appreciated.
5 mins late for a reservation and they gave it away. My own burgers at home are about 5x better and don't cost $30. Wine tasted like there was water in it.
The food is good. Our server was sweet. New on the job and did everything possible to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we wanted.
Having some supply chain problems so not everything available. Service ok, but I think short staffed
server was very attentive and answered all our questions.

Overall experience was less than expected. Service was “nonexistent”. Had a reservation; we were seated promptly and then waited…… and waited….
Eventually we were approached by the General Manager who asked if we had been served. After being told we had not been approached since being seated she said she would be our server for the evening.
Long story short; service was substandard for the entire evening. Food quality was average. Second round of drinks never did arrive. GM was generous and comped the meal. She also offered gift cards so that we could come back but we declined. We weren’t looking for a free night, just decent food and service. Won’t go back.
We actually never knew our server was very confusing.
Way too loud for conversation, and we asked numerous times for the table to be wiped, as it was a little bit of dirt left behind never happened.😳
Overall food was good, company was fabulous.
Just need to work on their serving staff.😉

In a time where restaurant staff are hard to find, Earl's has managed to hire some of the most attentive servers. In addition, their new menu still features some classics, mixed in with some newer fare that makes it a universal menu.
It was my second time here in 2 weeks and they delivered both times .
We had a new server, and he did a fantastic job. Management was super engaged, ambience was great and restaurant was super clean. Food was great aswell👍🏼 Steak was just a bit rare, but nothing overbearing. Would go again

Went for happy hour, enjoyed steak and Caesar salad. Great service. Asked to be seated on patio and space was available. We had a great spot next to fire in a cozy bench style seating. The only downside was the table that was seated beside us. They Ended up having 5 guests. They were seated much to close to me, we only had a few inches between us on the bench seat. It was awkward and I felt uncomfortable. Wish there was more space between that seat and the next. It almost felt like we were one large group seated together but they were strangers. Otherwise good food , great drinks.

Fist of all we ordered drinks. my boyfriend ordered a virgin ceasar. It took 15 minutes for the drinks to come and the waitress confirmed while putting it down on the table “it’s a virgin ceasar” she then came back 2 mins later to tell him that it was not a virgin Ceasar and that the bartender messed up.
It then took another 10 mins for the correct Caesar to come. Not to mention the amount of ice in the drinks was ridiculous. The food was decent but wayyyyyy over priced. The fries looked like the last ones out of a bag so so small! And the cheese on the burger was old and dry. I’ve never had to eat fries With a fork. Not impressed. The new waitress we had also lingered at our table to often and too long. It was a bit uncomfortable. The restaurant itself is very nice and fancy but won’t be coming back. Terrible service and too expensive for the amount and quality of food you receive. :(
Great service and food! Note I ordered steak as a topper to my salad. Didn’t realize it was very expensive to add. Just a heads up to ask the price if it’s not stated on the menu. They realized they should have told me and in turn discounted my meal. Will be going back. Great place

As my go to is the Cajun Chicken sandwich I will just say it’s consistently delicious.
We had gone on a Wednesday due to the specials on steak suppers. My wife ordered the 9 0z Sirloin which turned out to be a mistake. The steak that she had was not hot…only luke warm and had very little flavour. She definitely recommends the filet !!
A manager McKenna ( sorry if spelt wrong ) came over before our meals and asked if we had any special requests. We explained a past experience from a manager and how special that was. She told us she would she what she could do and proceeded to never return. Lol.

Even though I made a reservation for 4, we were placed at a table that sat 8. Very awkward table. Kinda disappointing.
One order was incorrect. My fries slipped off the plate and scattered all over the table. We were comped the incorrect meal and fries were quickly replaced. We were also offered free dessert which we declined. Staff were courteous and did what they could to rectify mistakes.
We decided to dine inside as wanted to hear each other and was quite surprised it was not a problem at all. The acoustics are so different at Earls it was enjoyable besides the staff and manager being very attentive.
The angel hair pasta was fabulous, and 50% off wine on Tuesday was an added bonus. Was able to justify treating ourselves to a nicer bottle of wine.
5 hostesses were at door doing nothing i had a reservation still had to wait people were randomly coming and they were attending them rather than checking us in . Fries were cold, there was weird smell in restro and the flies were all over the place . I would never visit there again
The food is fantastic. The drinks are bussin. And the staff was warm and attentive. 10/10 would recommend.
Some of the food was very disappointing. The kung pao had 3 whole chili peppers but none combined with the noodles. So, the overall dish was bland. Pan bread is a perennial favourite and is no longer on the menu. So called sticky toffee pudding was not even close to sticky toffee pudding. A big chunk of dry cake with a squirter of caramel and one of chocolate (really?). Two portions inedible. Dragon roll was excellent. Our server, Haley also excellent. We won't be back.

We waited 30 minutes no one came to our table. I had to ask for our bill still had our dirty dishes in front of us. Not impressed at all. Usually service is good , but the poor waitress we had seemed to be doing everyone else’s tables. I do not blame her at all someone should have at least checked on my wife and I

My wife and I went to Earl's for my wife's birthday supper. We both decided to order steak as the menu stated, "We proudly serve Canadian beef aged 45 days for superior tenderness."
I ordered the 9 ounce Canadian Prime Sirloin and my wife ordered the 9 ounce Steak Frites.
Although they were cooked to medium rare as we requested, they both were certainly NOT tender.
They were very chewy with a lot of connective tissue. The steak knives even had trouble cutting through the steak.
Definitely not worth the $30.00 price tag.
I mentioned this to our server when we settled our bill and he said be would pass it on to the cook.
