Best restaurant ever, new favoraite of mine now great food
Love this place. Food and service was great and even though they have put up dividers between the booths due to COVID, this somehow makes it feel a bit more personal.
The only reason I didn't give a 5 star for everything was that the temperature in the restaurant was cold so had to have a coat over my lap. Other than that I would totally recommend this restaurant. Just wear something warm :-)
Had a great tim, the food and service were great and the vibe is cool too
Food was great. It was too windy to be outside but we were able to sit at a table by the glass windows away from everyone!
Drinks and food were served perfectly, ideal conditions for a night out
Ate outside but music was a little loud for conversation.
Great sushi and moscow mules! Highly recommend for a casual night out. Great, safe atmosphere.
Earl's is a great place to go if you want a variety of quality food. They have an excellent range in types of food. The drinks are amazing as well.
was disappointed the sanotizer container was empty upon entering. i bring my own.. but diligence is impotant.
one issue is the QR code to scan to access menu only works on i-phones. so because we own androids, we had to type in web address and go theough pades to get to menu. that was frustrating.
Ohr server was terrific! coconut aheip were wonderful. i got the swordfish tacos... they were good but messy.. the tortillas were so small its impossible to eat without getting hands messy... the flavors are great...
the garlic fries i loved... i dont recommend them unless you love garlic. they are very garlicy. i love garlic, so it worked for me... the prices are a bit high for portions... but it is tastey... and the service is good.
First time eating out since March. Great place to eat. The food was great. Service was great. Restaurant was clean and in compliance with CDC guidelines. Will definitely be going again
Stop adding the beef stick into the bloody Mary’s, esp when 1 is a vegetarian. Even so, it’s pointless in there and should be advertised before serving.
Great options if you have any vegans in your party! Our waiter was great with making both drink and food suggestions. Had a great dinner experience would definitely go back again when in the area.
Service was great! The only complaint is that out of 6 entrees selected only 3 were available. Our reservation was fairly early but we chalked it up to they mustve run out during brunch.
Unfortunately cannot make a burger medium rare. Only well done, multiple times .
Wonderful place to dine. I have brunch here often and tried lunch this time around. Love it!
It’s unfortunate because the food was actually pretty good. Dined with a friend at Earl’s and it was super loud inside. If you have Verizon, there’s almost no service so it’s hard to pull up the menu (this did not factor into the overall score I gave). You can easily connect to their guest WiFi which solves the issue. At the end of our meal, our server came over and said “I’m over this” and pulled his mask below his chin. Then, he proceeded to ask us some questions as we signed the check. This was my first experience dining out and I was truly horrified. It is unfortunate the server chose to do this and should train them not to do that.
It was very disappointing to make a reservation outside for breakfast @10am days in advance, only to be told the outdoor server doesn’t start until 11am. Since there was no one inside the restaurant and they were able to seat us next to a window is the only reason I gave this experience 3 stars. The waitress was very nice and the food was just ok. I just couldn’t believe they had tables available outside and we had a reservation but they couldn’t make it work.
My table had two mimosas spilt all over us. We were told that we would be receiving a free round, due to the fact that all of our clothes were stained. When the bill came, we were actually charged for two additional drinks. When asked for the two drinks (which we never recieved and never ordered) to be removed and for our free drinks, we were told that the two additional mistakes could be removed, but the waiter would need to wait for a manager for the free drinks that were promised by the manager, as he was too busy. AWFUL SERVICE I WANT A REFUND
Food and service did not match the Online reviews very disappointing
My girlfriend and I went to celebrate her birthday and we had an excellent evening. Kyle was an attentive & caring waiter, who checked in on us throughout our meal and made sure we had everything we needed. I had ordered a steak, medium-well, but it was still a bit too pink for my liking. One of the managers came over and apologized for the inconvenience and had a new steak done for me. When the new steak came to the table, the manager made sure it was to my liking before leaving the table (it was!). He even discounted the cost of the steak. I wasn't expecting that but I am grateful for his accommodation. I didn't catch his name though, unfortunately. Kyle, the manager & all of the staff we interacted with were great. Earls is one of my favorite restaurants to eat at (especially this location!!). With the pandemic changing the way we dine & interact with each other, I'm happy that Earls was able to adapt to the "new-normal" to welcome back patrons. I truly appreciate the staff & all that they do to make our visits memorable. We will dine at Earls again soon.
Great meal with a friend. Enjoyed the food and drinks and will plan on coming back. This is a great spot for vegetarians to feel included :)
The Covid protocols were ON POINT! Wet towels before the meal was an essential detail and the efficient card reader during checkout was simple and easy!
We had an excellent experience at Earl’s for lunch. The food was delicious, especially the garlic fries. We were very happy with our drinks as well. The customer service was fantastic. The only complaint I have is that I was unable to reach anyone on the phone to make a special request in advance and the voicemail was full.
My dining experience was great, even though there frozen drink machine wasn’t working, they were out of filet, and when it came to dessert the manager came to the table to offer us something different because the dessert that we wanted they didn’t have...he told us because of the experience we could pick another session him. So we did and again he came back to the table to tell us that that they were out of ice cream. Even with all of this we hade a great time and what we did order and enjoy was awesome. Will definitely dine again.
Service: Our hostess was great, very accommodating with out seating and moving us to a part of the restaurant that we were more comfortable with. Our waitress on the other hand, was short with us, distracted, forgot our drinks (we waited 45minutes just for beverages, and she kept quickly running by our table saying "oh yeah your drinks" but not bringing them, which just added to the aggravation.
Food: The vegan sushi roll was very good, but the buffalo cauliflower could use some work. I bit into a ball of just fried dough at one point. I think it should also be seasoned with the sauce, then have some extra drizzled on it for more flavor, because right now, it's just plain fried and then later has sauce drizzled on it for a ton of money! Step it up if you're going to charge that much for cauliflower.
Earls is one of the more expensive restaurants in assembly row, and when you pay that much, you're paying for the quality & experience, but I got way better (friendlier, faster) service and tastier food at Papa Gayo around the corner.
Earl's has a great happy hour menu that includes vegan items. This is one of my favorite restaurants to eat at!
Food was great! Service was excellent. Felt safe, as everyone had a mask one. Even got a free dessert for my husband's Birthday.
We went for brunch, and the food was amazing. Our server was very polite and organized. The restaurant is a bit loud, but it is a large space so the noise isn't overwhelming. The only issue is that our table wasn't very clean at first, but our server took care of that, and there were some flies buzzing around, but that's to be expected during the summer.
I wait more than 15 to the waiter approach to me after seating
Food was ok but no many options for brunch.
Our service was outstanding. Please re-envision your Impossible Burger, my companion said it was really small, flat and very, very dry.
Friendly Servers!!!! Great Ambiance!!!! The Spicy Tuna Rolls are literally AMAZING!!!! The food was great. Totally going back as soon as I can.
Good job in social distancing and mask safety. Table spacing is good. Not sure why food serve until 11am and later found out chef calling out today. Server is pretty good, polite and up to par. Food is okay, bit salty and burger avocado turns out smushy and soggy buns. Overall value can be bit pricey.
Met a friend for brunch for the first time since the shut down. Very easy and streamlined experience. Service was great! Generous brunch portions and great value!
Had a really great time at Earl’s. The sushi there is amazing!
Earls overall was a good experience once we were finally seated at our table. The hostess on the other hand were rude and not personable at all. I tried to make a reservation on open table for outdoor seating due to trying to be socially distant but I was not able to specify that I was looking for outdoor seating. I also tried to call the restaurant multiple times prior and was not able to get through to anyone. In the end we ended up having to seat inside but it was frustrating because this was the first time my boyfriend was meeting my parents.
Friendly staff and social distance was easily obtained in the restaurant. Food remains excellent.
We absolutely LOVE Earl's! The food and drinks are amazing, the restaurant is beautiful, and it is always fun! :) Keep up the good work!
Went for brunch on a Sunday morning. Food was good but the service was not. Waited unsuccessfully 15 minutes for a server to even acknowledge our presence but eventually had to go back to the hostess to ask her to send someone over. Things were marginally better after that but still rather lackluster.
Can’t say enough good things about our server. She was wonderful and food was very good. The restaurant was very loud which made it difficult to have a conversation at the table.
The restaurant is nice - nice layout and feeling. The food we ordered were two sets of rolls and two of the rice bowls. The portions were larger than expected and the food was good. It is a bit expensive but nice overall - definitely would go back.
The best bit for me was that my child has a food allergy and the server & chef completely took care of it and instilled complete confidence that they could cater to that - much appreciated.
