It was amazing! Me and my boyfriend had a little trouble finding it but the experience was worth it. 10/10! Definitely going back
I'm so happy my boyfriend and I chose Earl's for Valentine's Day! The food was delicious (we both got steaks and they were cooked beautifully - the mashed potatoes were also fantastic). Our server, Sarah, was so friendly, and we even got a little gift bag at the end of the meal.
Amazing restaurant, not loud even when full, relaxing atmosphere, perfect food.
Main course and app came out at the same time. Sent the steak back while I enjoyed the app, when the steak returned to the table my wife’s seemed to fresh but my steak was hard, over cooked and appeared to be just left under the warmer.
My date said, “it’s funny how you know when you’re in a friendly place.”
We were seating in quiet area but music was loud in rest of restaurant
- very condescending young hostess
- restaurant did not provide us the kind of table we requested when booking online
- manager tried to and somewhat resolved the situation, at least was polite about it
- server was highly professional and food was good
Love our server great service.
Terrible maintence of food: lettuce in the burger had dirt on it, as well as small rocks in salad.
Food and service were excellent. Why were there so many guys sort of just hanging out though while all the women were working hard and bringing food to the tables? This was strange. My group and I discussed this and we thought it was odd and a little disconcerting.
Had lunch on a Saturday. DJ was playing. Very loud. Even the 20 year olds thought it was to loud. The food was delicious. Dragon roll vegan quinoa salad was delicious Kung Pao stir fry and burgers were all yummy. Love they have a plant based menu.
Earl’s has a great menu. Creative with a range of entrees, appetizers, brunch menu and desserts. They have a fantastic cocktail list. The food is delicious! The servers are excellent, attentive, pleasant and efficient.
Very lively atmosphere!
Our go too it is always a great meal
Music was a little too loud- but everything else was great!
Sat in the bar area and had some apps and some drinks. Stay awhile but a server understood and gave us our time. Always enjoy coming in.
Food and service was good. The acoustics aren't so great - it tends to be loud, but not overbearing, until someone brought two 3-4 year old children who sat near us at 8:30 pm and proceeded to SCREECH for the next 45 minutes. Beyond annoying when you're out for a good conversation over dinner with friends. Why do people do that? Why do the parents continue their own night out as though it's not happening? We left earlier than we would have if that didn't happen.
Nicely varied menu. Service was attentive and prompt. Food good not great. Somewhat overpriced.
Dinner was good. Enjoyed the clam chowder. Service not so great. Server was pleasant just not very attentive. Ordered a second drink but she never came back except to clear our plates and offer dessert. Overall service was slow.
Would give it a second try because we enjoyed our meals.
We went during the game so the bar area was super busy and loud but this was to be expected. Overall everything g was good.
Typically poor service, but seems to be getting better
Server was great. Thanks
Took a client and surpassed my expectations. Enjoyed the environment.
Everything was good. The service was friendly, but slow.
We had a great experience, with an attentive server and the food was all deliciously prepared
Our waiter was great! We love the food here and had an amazing date night!
Excellent service! I had the salmon zen bowl and my boyfriend had the swordfish tacos- highly recommend both dishes! It was a little noisy but we were near the bar and football was on. We can’t wait to return for another meal!
Second time coming in for brunch - great spot for meeting up with our friends with kids. The brunch happy hour is an awesome deal - all brunch entrees are $9 before noon. The place is comfortable but not super loud, so you can easily have a conversation. The food is pretty good- not the best we've ever had but for the happy hour, ambiance and location we will keep coming back.
Our reservation was for 6:45.. we didn’t get our appetizer until 7:40 .. food was cold. I been there before and I had better experience. Our drinks weren’t correct, for example. One of my peers as for a short alagash he got a tall one. Service needs to be better. Main course meal was cold. The state I got while it was medium rare it was cover with ash. When eating the meat it felt like eating incinerated meat. No flavor the only tasty was burn meat. Overall Worst service received there up to date
Service is amazing. Food is always pretty good. I have a favorite dish that I always get!
We came here for brunch on New Year's Day. The menu clearly stated in print brunch on holidays and weekends. There was no brunch so we ordered lunch food which was very disappointing. Service and food was good but the portions were tiny for the price.
Went here for nye and it was so cute! Food was also amazing, would def come again.
Went on New Year’s Eve and my entire experience was horrible. It felt like we were being rushed out even though the restaurant was half empty. I ordered the short ribs which were covered in a gelatinous goop described as “au jus” on the menu. A friend had the chicken sandwich which was terribly dry and the “truffle fries” were just regular fries with a side of allegedly truffle aioli, although there still was no real truffle flavor. The only bright spot for the food was the chicken street taco appetizer. Everything came lightening quick, our waiter never followed up on drinks, and at the end when we said we were done with our meals, he went and got the check and dropped it off before even clearing our plates- never even asked about dessert, coffee, drinks. Additionally there was a DJ in house which was incredibly loud and made no sense for a restaurant with no dance floor. It feels like this restaurant has no idea what it’s identity is.
The restaurant has great atmosphere, the food is good and the menu is large. The value wasn’t super great however and the presentation of the food didn’t match the prices. Overall a good experience.
Our server went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience!
Had our annual cousins' dinner here this year. Great food and drinks, and our waitress Amanda was awesome! Gave us plenty of time to visit and chat before ordering, even though it was super busy.
Staff was very receptive to our wishes and needs. Wonderful service
Great brunch and drinks with friends. Energetic young crowd, good music, great location.
Best veggie burger we have had anywhere in the Boston region!
