   Haven't visited Earl's anywhere for a while and the Sherwood Park location for quite a few years. Very disappointed. Brought a business guest from China after visiting another local comparable steakhouse (Chop) just the evening before where the food was much better but the service also lack luster. Service was slow and apathetic when we attempted to engage, very low energy or friendliness when we (rarely) saw them. It was quite loud for a business dinner. Staff was absent for the most part and not really impressive in terms of passion for their work. with the exception of the greeters/hostesses they were also not very well turned out. It was game night so there was some Oilers gear but a couple of the young men in particular looked like they had just rolled out of bed. Food took forever to arrive some was tepid. One of 4 steaks was medium well (ordered rare) and the server acted bothered to deal with it. The ones that were almost cooked right were completely lacking in flavor and seasoning. All of this considering that the entree prices were comparable or higher to ostensibly higher end places. We won't be back anytime soon.

   Restaurant wasn’t busy, so nice and quiet. Service was exceptional and food was great too.

   Menu is small, food mediocre at best. Used to be much better.

   We hadn’t been to dinner at Earls in a while, the food was amazing. We also had two small kids who needed high chairs and they provided them. It was a great experience overall.

   We have been disappointed with Earls the last few times we have gone. The food has been average and the service hit or miss. Hate the water jug they leave on the table as they always over fill them and so it spills all over the table. Every time. It’s too bad because Earls was one of our favorite places to eat. They used to have a Viva salad years ago that was AMAZING and very popular. Not sure why they removed it from the menu as my friends and I still talk about how much we miss it to this day!

    No kids menu despite half the tables having kids at them. We had a gluten free margarita pizza which was horribly bland and the crust was incredibly thin and hard. My chicken and Brie sandwich had a very dry bun and the sandwich was overall disappointing. For almost $100 for 3 of us we won’t be returning
