The interior is nice and the bathroom too. I gave 3 stars for the food not because it’s not good but because the portion was small. It’s first time having a steak and fries and leaving still hungry for that price.

Don’t know what earls management is thinking by changing their happy to restrict it to certain parts of the restaurant that’s just crazy! We as regulars and this was not a pleasant surprise we order from the happy hour when we come late but also from the regular menu.

Food, drinks and ambience was great. Service however not so great. Server was not attentive. One example - we finished our main meals and after a while they cleared our plates. Then disappear for 20 min. They come back ready to settle our bills but we tell them we were waiting to order coffees and dessert. We go ahead and order after we ask to make sure no one needed our table since we were there awhile. The dessert comes but then coffee comes out after dessert is already eaten. First time here, don't know if this is the norm for a Saturday night or a one-off.

I am normally a fan of Earl's both for the foo and service. Unfortunately on this day we had a server that was pleasant but lacking in skill. Didnt seem to know the menu very well or happy hour times. He was gone for long stretches, didnt do a quality check and I had to ghunt him down for the bill.

Hey guys pls pick the lounge it looks so cool n the regular dining area is a bit loud so if you’re a middle aged woman on a girls night out you might want to pick somewhere quieter to have your 4 hour long midlife crisis breakdowns.

I frequently dine at Earls and this location is the slowest location I’ve been to and I have visited almost every location. The server and managers are condescending and rather then listen to customers concerns they became argumentative. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

They asked about whether we were celebrating a special occasion and then the server didn’t even acknowledge the birthday girl. Another server helped us more than our server and the service was slow. The server kept asking if we want something “now” rather than asking if we’d want to order drinks or dessert. They advertise an intimate atmosphere but it was not that. I don’t think I’ll be back to that location.

Four of us got together as we hadnt seen each other for auite a while. My friend had never been to Earls, and since i had, i felt confident about going again. What a disaster! Two us chose the chicken tacos. We specificallyasked if it was spicy. Our server said it was mild. Imy eyes were watering so much from the spice. I couldn t finish my meal. Three of us ordered cappucino and the cooy was orange colour drippings on it! And it was cold. The server offered toppings and when they didnt get it she said they werent offered. She did comp the cappuccinos. All in all very disappointing. Will not return

My two friends and I enjoyed a ‘girl’s luncheon’. Our server was very attentive , she gave us time to talk and socialize. We didn’t feel rushed and were able to enjoy our afternoon visiting with each other. My friend asked for coffee at the end , but was disappointed with the first cup, however in the end she gave up after the second cup just did not meet her expectations. Despite that, we still had an enjoyable dining experience.

Excellent staff and service delivered with care and actual consideration of patrons. Loved the hostesses and the hospitality of our server. Food was good and came out in a timely manner. Ambiance and the compassion for my dining group was really top notch and made it special. Will definitely be back!
