   Drink and food were amazing ..The server is super friendly. Unfortunately not enough air conditioning.. so it was a bit too hot . Otherwise it would be perfect !

   I ordered chicked wings with yam fries. It was beginning of my birthday weekend festivities. I really looking forward to good chicken wings. The chicken wings were bad. The meat had obviously expired. They replaced the wings but unfortunately I did not have an appetite after the thought of the way the first batch tasted. I love chicken wings and am sad that this happened and it truly leaves a lasting impression, quality control is very important.

   **Disappointing Experience at Earls on Robson** I had high expectations for Earls on Robson, but my visit was a letdown from start to finish. Despite having a reservation, the host couldn’t locate it, leaving us waiting unnecessarily. Once seated, the service was lackluster—our server seemed completely disinterested, never checking in to see how our meal was or if we needed anything. The food only added to the frustration. The overcooked burger and clam chowder arrived lukewarm at best, as if they had been sitting out before being served. For a restaurant of this caliber, such sloppy execution is unacceptable. Overall, the combination of poor service, inattentive staff, and mediocre food made for a disappointing dining experience. Won’t be rushing back. **1/5 stars**

   I’ve been here a few times and it’s been great every time. We had an early reservation during happy hour and it was busy yet still the sound was nice and quiet. Food was amazing as always

   Had such an awesome time at earls Robson after the marathon! Had a large group in to celebrate. They were so accommodating as we waiting for members of our party to finish the race. Service was fun, and we were sat at a great spot for a large group. Thanks Earls Robson!

   The food took a minute to come out and it was room temperature. The music was very loud so we couldn’t hear each other at the table.

   Amazing experience on Sunday. Happy hour at the front patio. They had heaters, and the blankets were a plus! Food was good, and our server, Aaron, was very engaging and took care of everything for us in a timely manner. Will definitely be coming back!

   This was our last dinner in Vancouver with our adult children. The service was superb, we had Sam as our server. I would also like to call out that one of us has a Peanut / Nut allergy, and they took this very serious. The server said he would check with the Chef, and later came back with the manager that shared some concerns with cross contaminations on a few items that were not made in house. They made a suggestion for my son. We appreciated the care given to us for the meal. We had the Cajun Chicken Fettucine and the Chicken Club House Sandwich, both meals were excellent. Thanks again, we would highly recommend

   Reservation was for four persons at 6pm, we were a bit late due to vehicle issue. Were seated promptly and placed orders. First food arrived at 7:15, two orders and an appetizer. Food (steak, calamari, chicken salad wrap) was cold. After 5 minutes further were told other order would arrive soon, one cold order was returned to kitchen, was told it would be replaced. On duty manager came to apologize, told us the entire meals would be comped. The three remaining meals were served about 15 minutes after. We ordered two desserts (Tiramisu) to share. Ironically, the Tiramisu was warm (about room temp) and not refrigerated. While tasty, the mousse part of the Tiramisu was thin & near liquid..not what we would have expected. We left at about 8:15 We were pleased that the restaurant acknowledged the unfortunate circumstances and did not charge us. Possibly unrelated, but suspiciously circumstantial, two of us had a near sleepless night suffering from stomach and intestinal distress...details not pleasant. We were fine the next day
