Happy with this experience mainly because of our table spot. Of course there are other factors that made the experience better, such as the substantial space between occupied tables due to the current health measures. Staff was friendly and prompt. No issues and straightforward. Didn’t feel like we were rushed out of there nor denied table requests unlike cactus club.
Great food , and great service. Earls is doing a great job
Service was poor. Me and my friend ordered wine five minutes apart but hers came 20 minutes after mine. Server didn’t come back to take our order and we had to call upon another server to take ours. Food took a long time to come out. Server messed up our bills.
When I left I was drunk so I was able to accomplish what I came to do.

Table was not wiped down prior to us being sat at the table. It was evident that it was not sanitized in accordance with COVID regulations (it was sticky). This protocol should be corrected immediately and staff assigned to cleaning tables be re-trained. Suggest using signs that be put on a table that say “SANITIZED” so that hosts know what tables have been sanitized and cleaned in accordance with COVID regulations as per the BC PHO health order.

My boyfriend and I came all the way down from Sun Peaks for a visit to Vancouver. We decided to try the Earls on Robson and the staff and food were absolutely phenomenal! We would highly recommend this restaurant to others!
Earls is well prepared to operate with the current COVID-19 situation. Very sensitive to our needs
Earls Robson was good overall but the food was not as I expected. My steak was over cooked and burnt, pasta had only 3 prawns when there was suppose to be 5, garlic bread was burnt.. it was also my best friends engagement and they didn’t even offer to give a small discount or cover the desserts on a 200$ bill. Don’t think I’ll come back for an anniversary or celebration dinner. But noise level was okay, and service was alright.

Scammers. Always add extra charges. Double billed, once the next day even... always check your bill. It is restaurant policy to add extra charges. Too bad... I used to.like this place. This is how they try to profit off their customers.

We normally have not received this feedback but as we have re-opened we are seeing more of it which has been interesting. This is not our standard whatsoever on how it makes our guest feel. Concerned about slack restrictions on restaurant set up for social distancing. Tables right next to each other and in a small area!
The restaurant initially cancelled our reservation and we had to call to inquire about the cancellation. I was informed by the staff member on the phone that they don’t know why it was cancelled but she will reinstate the reservation. Then she hung up before confirming any information. Upon our arrival, the food and cocktails were amazing as always. The service was disappointing at best. I think we had three servers? One of them was lovely. Another forgot to ring in a food order and never followed up with our first server so she had no clue what we were talking about. They also kept disappearing who knows where. We generally struggle with servers being attentive at this location and we thought maybe it would improve due to the restaurant operating at lower capacity. Turns out, we were wrong. We were also celebrating a special occasion which was never even acknowledged although it was clearly marked while making the initial reservation.
Double charged again. 3rd time.
This is a recurring theme here.
Has to be intentional. Don't trust. Lost my business.

The service was good. The location was good. The stairs were a little too steep and narrow, and I thought there used to be an elevator. My only concern was that my 3 guests requested their steaks be cooked medium and they were definitely cooked welldone. The only people who like welldone, are people who only eat welldone, like me. For most, that's considered overcooked. It's unfortunate when I was bringing out of town visitors and expected they would get a really good meal. But our server was nice and friendly and paid just the right amount of attn to our table. Thank you for that.
Even with the reservation for a birthday, the table that was held for us did not fit 8 people. We ended up splitting up.
The server Emile , was just a sweetheart ! The evening manager handled a difficult customer beautifully ! The customer was in my group which was so embarrassing :( but it was handled top notch !!!

We were sat 15 mins after our reservation time and then it took 10 mins just to receive a server. Drinks were good in fast however 2 orders of fries and a small pizza took well over 30 mins to come out. Overall frustrating as we had somewhere to be at 1030. Reso was at 915 didn’t leave till 1045 even though we were there for drinks and quick appies.
Just ok. Service a bit slow but nice waiter. Food wasn’t great and main meal was awful but they admitted they drowned it in sauce?! Ambience is nice but on the loud side. Not going back though.
Messed up our order, forgot us in the corner they put us in and the manager was rude
Great food, and service. I liked that fact that you get a jug of water at the table. There were no salt/pepper on the tables in case you want to add additional seasoning to your dinner.
Came here for Valentine’s Day and had made a reservation in advance. I was greeted politely upon arriving and our table was ready on time. The overall experience and food quality was great, but halfway through our meals, our server practically disappeared and it took roughly 40 minutes to find her and ask for our bill. It’s possible that our server was busy with many tables, but it still set our experience back a bit. I could see myself coming back to this Earl’s someday and giving it another shot!
On one of the busiest nights of the year I'm sure, they were able to attend to all of our needs. I could tell some guests were being difficult (even some within our party) but watched each server/manager handle the situations with grace. Food was delicious, drinks possibly better. Been a long time customer of earls but have to say in recent visits I've noticed that although prices are higher than they used to be, the quality is great.

it is a good option for Friday lunch with colleagues. Usually they have table available when you just pop up without reservation. The food tastes are good. you can find a good variety of food for vegans tin the menu.
Easy to get to and convenient for our out of town friends to meet. A Monday night so not crowded. The food was great. The waitress was slow though and we had to ask her several times for water refills! It wasn’t busy so no excuse for that!! Consistent good food.
The food was good, but we were really dissapointed you took garlic fries off the menu. Highlights were Caesar salad ( always good) the dynamite roll, cauliflower and calamari. Although offering a yogurt based sauce in addition to aioli is nice as it can be a bit too rich to eat aioli with calamari in our view. Spinach dip was ok , not great. I much prefer your old spinach dip from years ago - much more flavour ( artichokes, onion, peppers etc).

Decent food but very weak wine list - the entire reason I went was for half price wine night - did the same in Denver was able to access good wine at a great price - not so at the location - time to up your game.
It was amazing . Gave us this really romantic spot next to the light and came to check on us practically every 5 minutes. Loved it. Would recommend Any day.

It was a gloomy, cold snowy night - only 2 servers. Two strong, amazing women held the fort as your amazing servers. You training, and their amazing customer service, wowed me and my 2 guests from Ottawa. Thank you!!!

Excellent experience. We were welcomed back by Manager Austin and had an excellent experience. The table, set or and food were all excellent. Will visit again.
Earls is the best restaurant for me in terms of their hospitality. I have a huge shellfish allergy so I always let the servers know anywhere else I go but it’s a standard question that they ask about here and at this particular location the manager came over to my table to reassure me that my entire meal would be prepared in a separate part of the kitchen and was specially cleaned. He personally served the food as well to limit the cross contamination risk from other servers which is something that absolutely beyond their control.

I wish I could give ZERO star. We arrived on time for our reservation on NYE, was seated and left seated for at least 15 minutes with no service, no water, nothing. Tried waving our hands up only to be ignored by floor staff. So we left.
Luckily, Ebisu across the street was able to accommodate us and we had a great time, they even handed out free shots at midnight.

The food & drinks were good but the restaurant itself is a bit dated compared to their other locations. Plus, they stuck us all the way in the corner. Wasn’t the vibe we were looking for on a low key dinner date.

Best meal I have had in a long time. Tasty, delicious and good size portions.
The environment here is really wonderful. The food is nice and the service is good, but the cocktails I had was not really good..I can only taste vodka with ice and soda. Tasteless..🤣🤣
