Always a good place, but value wise there’s better options. A go to spot, but with a now somewhat limited menu, and higher price point regularly makes one bring other restaurants into consideration. When you pay $21 for an eight ounce glass of wine, everything else needs to be top draw, and unfortunately they aren’t quite there anymore.

I made a reservation which was modified in person at the restaurant earlier that day. I received a confirmation about the change. We changed the reservation to add 2 small children. We asked for a booth and were told we could have a specific booth. When we arrived, slightly before our reservation time, the receptionist couldn't find our reservation right away. When she said she did, we told her the reservation had been modified in person and confirmed. She then gave a booth that would have met our needs to a group that was already waiting. We were offered a smaller booth with an added chair. That booth was more cramped than the larger booth. We could have taken it but decided not to because that was not what was agreed upon by the restaurant. Earlier that day, friends who had made a reservation for lunch were told that reservation was not found. Does Earl's have a problem with OpenTable reservations? The restaurant is popular so owners don't care if they loose customers. It's too bad their view of service is so limited. That's it for the Red Deer site. I'm never going back and I will advise others of the problems there.

My husband and I and our friends, have come for over 20 years to Earls. We love the Consistency of the food and service The Servers Are well trained and very professional, and very friendly ! One of the best restaurants in red deer well-managed !
