Wait staff were friendly and helpful. Food was very good. Orders were correct and brought to our table timely. Front staff seemed cranky. There was a lot of dropped food on the floor under our table when we arrived. I mentioned it to the staff person who led our party to our seats and they did not seem to care. No effort was made afterwards to have someone come to quickly sweep it up. Side plates were not provided for appetizers. It seems this may be standard, as another table near us with several children who also ordered had to ask for side plates, twice.

I don’t think we’ve ever complained about earls, not even once, but we’re going to take a minute to give a bit of feedback this time. Our food took unusually long to get to us, and when it did arrive, it was lukewarm. I had steak frites and the garlic bread was soggy, likely because it sat under the heater for too long. My husband’s fettuccini was undercooked and bland. It’s one of his favorite dishes so this was unusual. He left half uneaten. Still our favorite place to eat despite

Rachel was the team lead on Father’s Day and she did an amazing job at making sure the restaurant was running well. Everytime we go to Earls she has a big smile on her face and is so pleasant :) She truly is great at her role!

Always a good dining experience with friends to hang out in the lounge…. I frequently use the lounge to watch hockey with friends especially the playoffs

Alyssa, our server, despite being a rookie, was very friendly and very good. My only complaints are that she didn't review what we had ordered thus one of our party was a bit surprised with what came and that she took away dishes before everyone had finished eating. The noise level was very high in the enclosed patio. The above are minor complaints. Overall we were quite pleased with the food and service and definitely will return.
