   We enjoyed our anniversary dinner at Earls PG tonight. The food came out fast and hot. The truffle ravioli could have used a bit more flavor. The oysters were fresh and delicious. The Caesar salad was great and the chicken portion was very tasty and was large chicken breast.

   Food and service was excellent. Restaurant was a bit loud, but everything else was great.

   We had the same server, Kaily, that we had last night and she's awesome!! Our meals and drinks were delicious as they usually are and all five of us left very satisfied and very full! Thank you for the great food and awesome service!

   Our server was wonderful. Our food for the most part was delicious. We had one overcooked steak at our table but the flavor was great. I ordered the Peppercorn Steak, medium rare and the center half of the steak was blue rare so I ate around the outside of the steak which was great, but could not bring myself to eat the center. There was also a lot of gristle throughout my steak making it hard to eat. I was not impressed for a $40.00 steak. My guy ate the rest of my steak as he is okay with a more rare steak, cutting out as much of the gristle as he could. I've ordered this meal before and loved it, but this time...not so much. No, I did not complain or send it back for a re-fire because most of my meal was delicious. With that being said, I must say that the flavor of everything was perfect and overall everyone at the table was happy. Otherwise it was a great meal with great service as usual.

   Hi Marilyn, I’m sorry to hear that you didn’t enjoy your steak. The gristle issue is definitely a quality concern. Unfortunately, this isn’t something our chef can see until the steak is cut, but we do take it seriously and will look into it. It also seems there may have been some miscommunication regarding our cooking standards. For medium rare, we aim for the steak to be caramelized on the outside with about 50% bright red throughout the center. Without seeing the steak myself, I can’t confirm whether it was poor from our server or if the kitchen prepared it at the wrong temperature, but we’ll make sure to review this with the team. Please don’t hesitate to let us know if something like this happens again – we always want to make sure you’re completely satisfied with your meal.

   Our server was Sophia, great server always attentive to our needs. She came around on a regular basis and was quick to bring us additional drinks or anything else like ketchup, napkins etc. Food is always good and they are a proud supporter of our local WHL hockey team the Cougars.

   Our server was very nice. Everyone’s food was delicious however the Yucatán Chicken Tacos were very disappointing tonight. We’ve had them a few times before and the tacos were always loaded with chicken. Tonight they were all vegetables with only a couple of very small pieces of chicken in each taco. Very disappointing. This is the only reason I gave the food a lower rating, the rest of the meals were great!

   A great dining experience. Table of 5. Our appetizers were really good and came quickly. All 5 main course meals were delicious. Our server was excellent. It was 10/10. Thank You. I hope you will continue with the Cougars meal deal next season

    Our server, Matteo, was awesome! Everyone at our table ordered the steak dinner. All the steaks were cooked perfectly and overall a delicious meal! Great job, Earl’s!
