I came in today and I was served by Melissa. I was there with my two sons, and it was a very special occasion. It was my son’s 10th birthday! Not only did they give him a free dessert, but they gave him a custom birthday card with his name on it. This was the kindest gesture. He was blown away! Melissa and the staff made this such a wonderful experience. My son was so happy!! Thank you to Melissa, the kind young lady at the front desk, and the entire staff. Great experience!

HH IS AMAZING!! Loved the new menu especially they $5 drinks and crispy nashville skewers! Will be coming back to enjoy their patio again very soon.

Celebrating my daughter’s 13th birthday with all our friends and family was perfect at Earls Port Coquitlam. We had the pleasure of enjoying their ‘social corner’ allowing for us to have multiple tables with the opportunity to invite everyone she wished. Worst experience. Never actually dined. Waiting over 25 min after which I went online to book a table. They don't like kids here had no proper high chair.will not go here again. This place sadly has gone downhill.

This was my first time visiting the Poco location, and unfortunately, the experience was a bit chaotic from the start. I had made a reservation for 5 PM on the patio, but when we arrived, the system showed that I had booked a table in the dining room—which doesn’t offer happy hour. Because the patio was packed on such a beautiful day, we ended up waiting at least 15 minutes to be seated. It was clear the staff was stretched thin, and service was quite slow as a result. I had made the reservation to celebrate a friend’s birthday, and unfortunately, both of our steaks came out well done instead of medium rare. We were given properly cooked replacements, but by the time they arrived, the rest of our group had already finished eating. To make matters worse, I found a hair in my potatoes. The manager was very apologetic and kind throughout the situation. I didn’t ask for anything to be comped, assuming some gesture might be made given the circumstances, but nothing was. That said, the staff was genuinely kind and appeared to be doing their best under pressure.
