understanding the pandemic print menus with a readable font. not busy but you could have had more staff to have a more responsive level of service.
Very nice staff, some stuff took a while but it's understandable due to current conditions. Server was up beat and helpful, was just a light meal but overall great experience.
It's been awhile since I've been to Earls, so we didn't know what to expect post COVID. The service and the food were great, and what really impressed me was how quickly our food arrived at our table. We had made a reservation and were escorted immediately to our table. Will definitely be back!

We meet at Earl's about twice a year and always enjoy the friendly service and clean restaurant. COVID regulations make things a little different this year, but we definitely would return to try more dishes. The teriyaki rice bowl was a bit spicier than I was expecting but otherwise very good. Well done!

I"m not sure if energetic is the correct term for "blasting." I realize it is aimed for the younger crowd but when it is half full and the music blasting it made it difficult to hear. Our waiter was awesome and turned it down for us. We had a lovely evening, good food, social distancing etc. felt very well cared for.

All good, only complaint is we reserved restaurant and were offered patio (in a humid 35 degrees C). Ended up in lounge.

Haven't dined in at a restaurant in quite a while. The option to book a table online was quick and easy. The restaurant side had every second table in use so that was nice. This made it quieter which was great. Food was great as usual. I would suggest calamari as an appetizer option.

The place was freezing as all doors were open and the service was extremely slow, it took our waitress more then 20 min to serve us and we were left with no water or drinks for quite awhile
We were greeted and seated promptly, despite how busy they were; we were afforded a nice place at the patio.
The sangria was decent and the martini was below average, almost tasted like there was no gin in it and just water added or something similar like a Skye vodka. I had the teriyaki chicken rice bowl which was alright if a bit sticky and too much teriyaki; my friend had the salmon bowl which was also average; her salmon came in 2 3oz pieces while she had been expecting a single 6 oz but not a big deal. The prawn-crab gyoza was quite delectable though. Our server took care of us and was attentive.
A couple of tables close to us obviously had a bit much to drink and was loud and annoying and made having a conversation difficult. I understand it's a patio, but the group was just obnoxiously loud, which definitely irritated my friend.
It was a decent experience but the value proposition isn't there - it was quite pricey for just the two of us and that was during Happy hour. For what you get, there are better alternatives out there. And while this may seem petty, I cannot get the quality of martini out of my mind it was that bad and I had gone out to specifically drink that because of a bad week at work.
So while not horrible I cannot recommend this place as there are better alternatives. It's an average experience, at best.
We enjoyed our lunch very much. This was our first time out to a restaurant this year. The food was tasty and our server was very attentive even bringing my husband small beer samples to try.There weren’t many people there at all so the noise level was subdued. Only issue was with the music volume being at a fairly extreme level. Felt like we nearly needed to yell at each other to have a conversation. Other than that everything was great.
Our server was AMAZING. We told him we planned on being there for a while and we would be eating leisurely and he left us to it. He checked on us every once in a while but didn’t hover. We also didn’t spend time searching for him for refills. The food was great and worth the price. My daughter had an issue with her meal and it was fixed immediately. We will definitely be back soon.
Service was outstanding and everyone enjoyed their meals. The food was delicious, served hot and had beautiful presentation.

We often dine at Earls. We typically love the food and service.
There is no longer a kids menu which is a little ridiculous.
Our son’s friend wanted a simple burger and fries so we had to order a main burger and it comes loaded with toppings but all he wanted was cheese and ketchup. They charged us $2 for cheese yet he didn’t get any of the included toppings.
Had to wait a long time with empty iced teas before our server came around. Nice girl but not prompt service.
Not having a kids meal really does impact a family’s dining experience not only for options but for price.
All 3 of the kids wanted dessert but for $9.25 a pop, we decided against it.

When we arrived they had no idea we made a reservation. They were very confused. They messed up on our bill twice but overall it was a good experience.

Ribs were excellent! Fettuccine Alfredo wasn’t great, noodles were very under cooked noodles & didn’t enjoy the flavour of sauce. Would order something different next time. Everything else was great!
Something weird with the coleslaw but they comped our salad. Otherwise very good.
Good food and cheap for happy hour it was busy so it was a little loud but not unpleasant

Food good as always. Music was a tad loud and hard to have a conversation. We sat near the door and every time the door opened, there was a blast of cold.
Our waitress was very good. Food was delicious!

Very busy time but wait staff was attentive and responsive which was very appreciated. Very boisterous & noisy in restaurant but that was expected as there were a lot of pre-Christmas party groups. Overall a very good lunch.

Great service, burger and fries were delicious. There were some mishaps with my orders getting mixed up, but they didn't charge me for the items I didn't order. Waited about 40 mins for a pizza b/c waitress forgot to tell the chefs, it wasn't good at all when it came. Service was good overall though, waitress was usually on point with bringing stuff around. Very polite as well.

This was a disappointing experience and I believe Earls could do much better – I will give them the benefit of the doubt. Our reserved seat was poor - next to the kitchen and a request for a move was batted away. My wife's meal was poor, as the dish came to the table not as ordered. Service was mediocre and semi-unprofessional.
I haven't been for a long time but will definitely be back soon. Thoroughly enjoyed it.

Well three visits it two weeks and all were very disappointing. Food came out cold on all three occasions... one of the visits cream of mushroom soup had a thick layer of scum on top due to sitting too long..... they cannot turn out hot food from the kitchen as either their timing is off in prep where one order is ready and waiting for rest to be prepared or it’s really just sitting and waiting. Staff lack professionalism and you could see playfighting between staff in kitchen from dining room while we waited 30 plus minutes to have order taken.....although we were comped meal and given gift card I will not return as it was such a disappointment and waste of time all three visits and I will be giving away gift card. There are some serious issues with the operation of this Earls that is evident in three bad visits in such a short time frame. Very sad as I was such a fan. I doubt I’d ever return to this location

We were sat at a dirty table to begin with and then the server took a very long time to greet us and clean the table. The food quality was low. Soup and bread was really good but the Hawaiian coconut shrimp appetizer presentation was sloppy And overpriced compared to a previous visit. The Cajun chicken sandwich was thin and over cooked. The marinated steak and sushi was overpriced for what it was. The steak was extremely salty and tough and wasn’t worth it.
