We booked a reservation online and then when we went to show up for dinner, the restaurant was closed. We received now phone call letting us know of this closure. When we called the restaurant, they confirmed they had closed “due to things that are going on” and asked if we wanted take out. A phone call or email would have been really nice.
The lounge has a really nice atmosphere. And the food was great!
Overall good. An expensive meal. Hoping to use the gift cards but didn’t realize the gift cards can’t be redeemed until Jan and will expire in Feb. Will have to go back.
There always seem to be some tweak to the meals between visits. The human noodles were different. Service was great. Food was good . Restaurant was quite busy so was loud & the table we were at i the bar was not the best set-up for conversation.
My wife and I decided to go for dinner after the theatre (our regular date night when you’ve been married almost 50 years).
The service was exceptional, the food absolutely fabulous. We’ll definitely be back!

Our server was very informative and answered all the questions we had. The food was delicious, good and hot when it got to our seats.
Our server and the support staff were excellent. Always there when we needed something and had our drinks always topped up. Food was excellent. If the rest didn’t happen it would have been 5 stars. Where they failed was the washroom were untidy and lacking supplies, especially as we are still fighting covid. I told them twice and it still wasn’t fixed up. Additionally the table of friends that started to get bigger and bigger was not managed at all with covid protocols. While I understand everyone wants to see each other again, we all want to be mindful of each other still and keep safe. None of the management spoke to them and they just kept crowding the tables around them. Making it uncomfortable and unable to move around while staying distanced.

The Fettucine Chicken Alfredo, Clam Chowder are to die for!! Always order these two whenever I go here. Great ambiance and great service. High quality food and friendly staff.

I had reserved a table for a business meeting and was placed in the restaurant section. I was informed by my co-workers that the same hostess had seated them in the lounge area and was not informed by the staff.
After being seated in the lounge area and placing our food order (which was fantastic), the drink service was very poor. It was not very busy in the lounge that evening, and I had noticed that our waitress spent more time conversing with regular patrons than service. Being that I have worked in hospitality industry for 15 years, I was very put off by our waitress's service.
We had waited 20 minutes to receive not only any service, but our bill as well, to where I had to physically walk up to our waitress at the bar and ask for it. I understand that we all have off days, but to have 4 waitresses in designated sections where hers was not busy, I found this to be unacceptable.
we loved the food, its my daughters 1st steak taste and she liked it
Upon our arrival we were promptly seated & welcomed. Our server was excellent, respectful, attentative server. Food order was spot on as well as being nicely presented.& delicious.
Another visit is already planned!

It's the worst when servers make a mistake, then make excuses. I ordered 1 drink while I waited for my friend. I saw the server go back and forth from the bar to other tables twice, no drink for me so I asked, is it coming now? "Oh ya, I rang it in" well was the bartender squeezing the cacti ? Maybe the bartender was slack, then server should hurry him up. When it finally came it was wrong. She tells me I said the wrong thing. How do you say I don't want clear tequila, I want gold/amber. It came clear. She kept coming to ask if we were ready to order TOO many times,esp because I said I'd position the menus half off the table to indicate we were ready. She couldn't seem to grasp that. I asked that the salad be "SPLIT" she brought it on 1 plate. She says, you said you were sharing. No....I asked for it to be split. So I felt I needed to remind her to SPLIT the main meal......not to 'share' on 1 plate. She presented annoyed for the rest of the meal.
Had the Santa Fe salad which was very good but still miss the sandwich with the pear fig and chicken!
Service a bit slow, but I would expect that with COVID restrictions.

Was there to celebrate a friends birthday. When we were first seated we did not see a server for about 10 minutes. But we were spotted by one of the managers and were asked if we had seen anyone yet. After that the service was great. Maybe even too fast because once we ordered we didn't even start our appetizer and our meals was already being delivered to our table. Overall good service.
