   We had a table in the dining area, which we had booked on line. The table was ready when we arrived and our waitress met us. Food and drinks were great and will definitely be going back.

   Probably the best meals we have enjoyed in a long time. Everyone's plates were empty by the end. Margaritas were on point too! Very friendly staff.

   Oh it was so great! Service was friendly and very quick. We we're treated so nicely and the waitress even sang me happy birthday, I loved it. I would definitely come back. Also truffle fries are amazing, TRY THEM!!

   We had the best meal ever including a steak that was perfectly done. It was way better than the one we had the night before at The Keg. We came for New Years Eve. The ambience was also inviting. A little loud from the bar side but our side was good.

    This was an unusual experience for our table as we frequent the restaurant order take out regularily. My dinner was sad. I ordered steak frites. I have never ordered it here before. (I order it a lot in Montreal.) The steak came blue rare, when I ordered it medium rare. It was tough and unchewable. They took steak back. I opted to cook the existing one further, rather than redo the order. It was still way under cooked and tough. They did not charge me for my glass of wine. Needless to say I did not eat the rest of the steak and my dinner was fries and side salad. The other person at the table never did receive her extra side of mushrooms to go with her filet. We were going to share that order because we both ordered beef. With everything going on we didn’t remember that until after we left. On the positive side, my husbands chili chicken on rice was perfect. Very sad dinner experience unfortunately. If we didn’t know that it could be a better experience, we wouldn’t be going back based on our dinner experience last night

    Very limited menu. Definitely cater to the vegetarian/vegan crowd. Upon arrival and telling the hostess that we had a reservation she asked us if we would be finished by 8. Very unprofessional. I should have replied that it depends how quickly we get our meal.

    We waited 20 minutes before server took our drink order. Then another 10 for food order. People who came in after us ate and left before we even got our food. The bill was 250.00 before tip for 5 people which I thought was crazy!

    We went to Earl”s with friends for a fun night. It was very enjoyable, the drinks were great and the food was exceptional! All of us had a different dish and we all felt that our meal was the best, we’ll definitely be back!

    This is not an Earls that you would find in Calgary or any other major centre. It is tired both in appearances inside and in the food served. Everything was on the cheap except the prices. If you are looking for a nice place with ambiance and decent food, don’t go here.

    Service was good, considering it was a busy Valentine's Day. We do not live in Medicine Hat, but have eaten at this location on a number of occasions. During our most recent visit, the food was edible but not of the quality we have come to expect from Earls restaurants. The 'music' was deafening. We are 60-something grandparents, but we are not strangers to loud music, given the music of our youth. However, in the dining room at Earls in Medicine Hat, we could not hear each other in conversation. We and our server could not hear each other and our 11-year-old grandson said he could not hear us and could not hear the 'music' for the bass. This is a dining room! We left with head-aches. Surely prolonged staff exposure to this level of noise would be harmful.

    Great food, service a little slow, but nothing to harp about. Food took just over an hour to come out, but tasted quite good. Ambience is energetic, but the music was annoying as all you could literally hear was bass. No idea what the songs were.

    My steak was ordered medium well. It arrived cold. After getting it back I cut into it and it was rare in the centre. This was the first time I have ever refused to eat a meal placed in front of me! Never again.

    Was great service and we actually closed the restaurant as we were the last ones there. Will definitely be back again for another get together! Thanks for your great service and great tasting meal. I personally had the Curry Chicken and Rice dish and WOW was it good and just the right portion amount! The only thing that I was disappointed in, was when I booked this reservation, I put in the notes that it was for a birthday and wanted to have a piece of the Celebration cake sent to our table for the birthday lady after our meal was completed. We never did receive it and I couldn't ask about it as the lady who was having the birthday was always there.

    On arrival we were greeted and led to the restaurant. We had booked and requested the bar. They managed to accommodate us in the bar. The server has a lot of skills to learn. Very poor service. I had asked for the occasion cake and asked if I could get a sparkler in it, her response was ‘if you like’ then came back with a cake that was hard put it on the table and said ‘there’s no sparklers left’. No apologies, no asking if it was a special occasion- just nothing!!! Other than that we love Earls, and is always consistent, but, this server needs training!!!

    There was a live performer that night. From where we were sitting, it was really hard to hear the conversation at he table. The music was way to loud, along with everyone else's table talk. The noise level was more chaotic than energetic. I love live music, but its not the right venue for it.
