Nice ambiance & vibe! The wait was a little long for it not being crowded during the time I was there. Our waiter was kind of creepy he continuously stared at us out of the side of his eye every time he passed our table, never refilled our drinks & not to mention the manager came to check in on us to see what we ordered & what was taking so long, it was the manager who filled our drinks and bought our entrees out. The food was just okay.. the appetizers were luke warm.

We have been at the restaurant many time and this is the first one we have such a bad service and food. We had to return a plate because of the preparation and it didn´t came back properly, part of it never made it back to the table even when everyone had finished eating. The flavor of the food was not like other times and the waiter was very friendly but didn´t follow up on our requests or the returned plate. We also found a floater in one of the drinks and the service was really slow.
Julie was amazing!! She told me it was her first time serving and I would have never guessed. She was attentive, super sweet and overall a great vibe. I’ll definitely ask for her next time I go back.

The food was great, and so was the service. They were out of burgers, sushi, and key lime pie. I think it's due to the pandemic induced shipping problems. Cauliflower buffalo appetizer was addictive and plentiful. The baby back ribs fell off the bones. We arrived early and were seated immediately. Regular prices are not bad, so we would go back even without magical dining.
Food was good and we enjoyed our meal. It seems like they may be a little understaffed (understandable because everyone is right now). Other than that, our server was attentive and the food was prepared well.
I wish I could give minus one star ! Worst experience in my life . We went there to celebrate our anniversary which I mentioned in the reservation. Host made us come back because the table we wanted was not ready when we came back she gave us a table by the wall . We asked the server to get a manager he just went to grab the host to get rid of us. Food was horrible we had the magical dining experience I believe they give you whatever left in the kitchen ! Service was really bad everyone seems rude except our server was nice. Food is all microwaved no taste no freshness. Anyways I would never go back there! We spent 100$ for disgusting food .Thank you Earls Kitchen for making our anniversary memorable !
Our dinning experience was excellent from the first point of contact to the end of our visit. Jermaine was very professional, precise and personable. Jermaine is an asset to your company. We will return for the outstanding service and delicious food.
Slow and subpar service
Despite running out of NYC cheese cake (hence the 4 stars) the food and service was better than expected. Our server Jean (John) was friendly and knowledgeable resulting in a good first experience. My husband and I are looking forward to trying brunch.
Food was cold and we waited for a seat even though we had a reservation.
Our waitress was awesome, unfortunately I don't remember her name. She was attentive and patient .
We had reservations and get there and their closed. No heads up so we can reserve somewhere else nothing just closed. Very upsetting for my party of 2 and another party of 2 having reservations and not knowing they were closed. Frustrating moment but outside of other places we were able to get into BJ’s with little to no wait. Hopefully we will have the courage to try Earl’s and call after making reservations if they will be open.
They canceled due to mechanical issues but did not call to let us know so after a 40min drive to get there, fighting for parking and walking in rain to eat there , all we see is a sign that says closed! Absolutely ridiculous to go through all that when all they had to do was make a phone call to let guest know
Extremely disappointed. We had a reservation but when we arrived, we were notified they were closed as kitchen was having issues. It was a 45 minute drive for us to get there and no one called to cancel our reservation. We ate at a neighboring restaurant instead. We spoke to several people who said they had been there previously on other occasions and didn't even get service within 20 minutes of arriving so they left.
We came restaurant was close an incident at kitchen. They didn’t even call to cancel reservation I called them lady who answered phone was so rude and told me she didn’t honor same day reservation didn’t know why they let me do it. Told her to talk with open table and remove themselves she was so unprofessional and rude.

I made a reservation ahead of time in order to avoid any issues of waiting as the area typically has long waits. When arriving at the restaurant we attempted to open the doors and they were locked. Staff came to the door and said s” sorry we are closed , we have a kitchen issue.” We stated we had made a reservation earlier in the day and the staff member stated he had called all reservations and I must not have answered my phone. I did not receive a call. They did nothing to make the situation better. Of course every other restaurant already had a long wait.
We had an awesome waiter who introduced us to Moscow Mule Punch. We Ioved it, also tried the Espresso Chocolate Martini that was great too. We will differently be back.

Delicious! So grateful to try a variety of items with magical dining. Salmon enrtree may be the hottest (temperature) meal I have ever been served at a restaurant.

We have eaten here many times and there are always issues. Today the grill was broken and they couldn't do burgers or other grill-based foods - yet we weren't told until 30 minutes into our visit. Service is always slow and the bar/drink well setup is problematic for non-alcoholic drinks. Every time we go we expect something to be better. Today we left without eating because it just wasn't worth it.
We were there for over 2 hours it took too long. Or waitress forgot our appetizers because People got there after us n was eating their entree after their appetizers. While we haven’t even received our appetizers yet. When we asked about our appetizers she came back with all 3 of them at the same time. She was nice but we were there way too long.
Need to keep stock of the brunch burgers. Always out
