    Music is too loud and that makes it hard to talk. 2nd visit and happened both times once we sat at bar and 2nd time at a table. We also had to wait a while even though we had reservations. Seems short staffed on a Wednesday. Good was good and nice portions.

    Arrived 25 minutes early for our reservation, but was asked to wait 10 minutes for a table in a barely 1/4 full restaurant. Air conditioner has been broken for many months as far as I can tell. They have and industrial type unit on the floor to supplement a central air conditioning system. All food came out cold to lukewarm. One entree was delayed by 10-15 minutes. So, that person waited while others ate. A manager dropped a plate of food while clearing a table next to us. Loud, disruptive and careless. None of the food was particularly tasty, but presentation design was nice. Calamari appetizer was tough. Burgers were good taste and design, but as I said, lukewarm at best. Two orders of French Fries were room temperature, one order was warm. Drinks were good, although the second Cosmopolitan was darker in color and tasted differently than the first. We think they added hibiscus juice to one and not the other. They were both tasty, but inconsistent. Restaurant is a mini-disaster. Really needs new management. I've been there three times with similar opinions each time. Not planning on going back. Capital Grill next time.

    Our experience was excellent! From the warm welcome by the hostess to the attentive service from our server as well as the manager, every interaction was inviting and made our visit truly fantastic!

    Amazing restaurant. Delicious drinks, food and the place is beautiful. We were a party of 5, they accommodated us before the time of our reservation and it was really appreciated. We will be back and recommend.

    We were there for close to an hour before we had our drinks and orders placed, as well as other service lags so they may have been short staffed. Food was decent but not special. Would not go back.
