Service was excellent, attentive yet not over bearing. All enjoyed their entrees with the exception of one who tried the new sea bass dish being tested. Sauce a little harsh but waiter graciously discounted the tab to accommodate. We’ve been there before and will certainly return.

We’ve been there many times over the years. Several favorites are no longer available on the menu. Pricing is higher, portions are smaller. It was still a good experience, overall.

Bad service. Didn’t bring out condiments for appetizer so we sat there and stared at our food for 20 minutes. Then main course came and we didn’t even have a bit of our appetizer. Send food back. When they served course again, got our order wrong. Went home without eating. Paid over $240 for crappy service and no main course.

I had a very poor experience trying to dine here with my family of 5. The host there was rude did not honor our reservation. And when asked about it he said they’re only seating parties of 2 people. When asked why or if they’re under staffed, he said no they’re adequately staffed they’re just not seating bigger tables, because they have other reservations. I asked why it accepted my reservation and he said their system isn’t updated. It seemed somewhat dishonest and rude. We left tired and hungry, and disappointed. I won’t be returning.

Went for Sunday Brunch. I had steak and eggs. Very good. My wife had Classic Eggs Benedict which was served on a large slice of sourdough toast which was difficult to cut. Class Eggs Benedict are served on toasted English Muffins, so the description was misleading. The salad greens served with the meals were fresh, but either undressed or insufficiently dressed with some sort of vinaigrette and had no taste. Beautiful restaurant and great service, but the food was lacking relative to the stature of the restaurant and the service level.

Our waiter was incredibly slow to come to our table to offer drinks (17 minutes after we sat down). We decided it was best to order everything the next time we saw him because we knew he’d barely come back. The food was great, but service was not worth the visit or cost.

We came in before noon for the Saturday brunch. The Eggs Benedict on crab cakes were excellent. Our server, Lexi was friendly and attentive. Atmosphere was quite so that we were able to carry on a conversation. A very relaxing experience.

Very disappointed in the food and the service. We really looked forward to trying this location since Earls has a terrific reputation in western Canada. The order was wrong. It was corrected with cold food. I don’t normally complain but when you pay over $100 for a very mediocre meal you might as well go to Denny’s or Chili’s and spend $30 for the same thing.

When we first arrived the hostess was not pleasant to the party right before us and to our party. I gave the service 2 stars as our server was really nice however, they did not have any of the food items we wanted so we left.

This has always been a hot spot, but the restaurant was strangely quiet. The hostess was friendly and seated us right away. Service was a bit slow, especially considering how many empty tables there were. The food was good as always. We'll come back, but I wouldn't say this was a standout visit.

My favorite place to go. I think I have lost count on how many times I have been. Maybe 7 or 8 times but my favorite things to get is the pineapple ginger mule, truffle fries, impossible burger, and more.

Great service from Becca! Food was horrendous. We had a late reservation, 10pm. However that is no excuse. Food was underwhelming and overcooked. Fish was dry. Asparagus was over cooked. Rice was hard. Shrimp cocktail was presented thrown together. A lot of the items we desired were not available due to a supply chain issue. There is a list on the hostess podium when you walk in. Not sure I’ll try to dine here again. This may be a one and done deal.

Went here for brunch and they were out of Bacon which seemed odd but it was what it was. Pouched eggs came over cocked and so did the Sunny Side Up eggs. Location was great but food could use some work. To expensive to not get the food right.

The kitchen was a mess. They changed an order for something that was out without notifying the table. The replacement meal (a sandwich) was not placed on a rush and took an ADDITIONAL 20 minutes to make and not even make properly. The bread was barely toasted, much less grilled as it should be. There was an order of chicken and waffled where the chicken was burnt to a crisp. There was very little in terms of a response from the waitstaff beyond an “oh, it was a mistake.” Even at the time to pay the bill, the items that were going to be “comped” due to mistakes were still on the bill. Overall, very disappointing experience.

Unfortunately our last time didn’t meet our expectations. Drinks came in late, both of us ordered steak for dinner ( surf and turf ) and sirloin and both felt tough and under the warming light too long. We’re going to try again at least once more since our first experience eating the same meals were exceptional. Hoping our last experience was just a blip.

When I arrived the front staff was upbeat and pleasant. My reservation was for a bar table so I could have a view of the games but when I was seated the TVs were out. No signal. So I decided to stay and just enjoy the food, but was highly disappointed by the house half salad that arrived with some sore of Buffalo sauce on the plate. I’ve dined at Earl’s before and knew thy wasn’t part of the salad so I sent it back and asked for another one. The second one arrived half the size of the first one and with over toasted quinoa. Yuck! I asked for the check and went to another restaurant. I’m sad to say I don’t plan on returning to Earl’s. I’m Vegan and love the options but for the price you should at least be serving quality food. A salad shouldn’t be so hard.

Earl’s always delivers on great food, with so much variety, outstanding service and beautiful ambiance. Valet parking makes it super easy in this very popular (crowded!) Legacy West area. Super shopping options nearby too. What’s not to love?
