    This restaurant was great! Good service, cool vibe, and delicious food! The steak and sushi dinner was so yummy. Highly recommend the spicy California roll!

    My first time to go and it exceeded my expectations big time. Food was incredible both appetizers and entrees. Good happy hour. Our server was extremely attentive, very nice. We will definitely be back again.

    We had a great time at Earl’s. Lots of variety on the menu - there was something for everyone. Our food was great and the service was excellent. Can’t wait to go back and try something new from the menu.

    Great food service and atmosphere. It was a little loud for me to hear people talking at my table. But otherwise a very nice experience.

    It’s safe to say, this is not my first time at Earls Kitchen. My wife and I frequent Earls from its opening, every few months. So I thought it was a great idea to invite some friends of mine out to dinner last night at Earls. Let me just cut to the chase here. The food and service were good. No complaints. Where I experienced a problem was when one of people having dinner asked for bread. I didn’t think about the fact that Earls never served bread. Hm.. Ok, our server said she would go to the kitchen and see if she could get some. 15-20 minutes pasted and no bread. Our server came back over and apologized for the bread not being delivered and said and I quote, “No problem, I will just take the charge off your bill”. Hm.. Charge for bread? I shuck my head and let it go. 2-3 minutes later, she came back with two tiny bread slices from what I guess was an Italian bread they cut into tiny slices. Everyone at the table laughed about the absurdity of this being called bread. Dinner came to a close and I asked for the check. I didn’t review the bill because, like I said above, we have frequented Earls. When I got home, I checked the receipt that was text to me and to my surprise, there was a $2.50 charge for “the bread”. Now I know many people would say $2.50 is not a big deal, and mind you, the bill was north of $400. The point is as follows, when you are supposed to be a high end restaurant and you want to keep customers coming back, you don’t nickel and dime them for bread. Especially what was served. It’s the principle. Nothing more, nothing less. Will I go back? Maybe. But rest assured, if Earls wants to keep longtime customers like me, they would reminded about a thing called value. Specifically, value for your money and charging customers for a small slice of bread is just ridiculous. I am sure it won’t have any impact on their profit margins! 🙄

    Very kind and understanding. Waited for a bit and they comped our drinks and gave us a free app. We went on our birthday and they gave us a handwritten card and took a polaroid of us.

    Food was great, server was awesome. Bad review is for the cocktails. Ordered my first drink which I think was the agave margarita and maybe 4oz of liquid in the glass which was full of ice. Also was incredibly weak. I then ordered a Kentucky mule and server asked me how the other drink was, I told him it was really bad and tasted like water. Turns out this location pre batches a lot of its drinks at the beginning of the night. So there’s a possibility you’re not getting any alcohol at all depending on how it’s batched. My wife had the same problem with her Lychee Martini. Considering it’s $12-$15 a drink not a good deal. Probably not back. Steaks were cooked great.

We completely understand your frustration — when you're paying premium prices, you should expect quality and consistency. While we do batch some cocktails to maintain speed and consistency during busy service, it should never come at the cost of taste or balance.
