   Earls is always a good and safe bet for dining out. Steak and truffle tortellini was excellent, asked for medium rare steak and it came out to perfection. Waitress wasn’t great. Perhaps having a bad shift or day but felt as though we were a nuisance, the only time she appeared pleasant was when he paid and tipped. I asked her what something on the menu meant and she had no idea and told me essentially figure it out myself by reading the bottom of the menu? Overall, great location and a great meal for a fair price!

   Overall, a very good experience. Our server started off great. Very friendly and gave lots of recommendations on food and drinks. We had a variety of dishes including the crispy rice, steak and sushi, sea bass, pasta and a salad. The sea bass was decent. Not the best I had ever had. Quinoa a little bland and bok choy too mushy. Everything else was good and flavorful. Only a couple issues. When we sat, our server asked us if we wanted still or sparkling water so we just assumed we either had to pay a water fee, which is common these days, or we’d get tap, which is what we wanted. We were brought out a bottle of water, which we quickly went through and then saw the table next to us with a glass bottle of tap water. After our dishes came, it took almost until we were done to flag someone down to get more water and check in on us. We saw the manager walk by us at least ten times and not once did he check on any tables. I tried to get his attention or anyone else’s but it wasn’t easy. Overall, it was a good experience and I would definitely go back and try other things.

   The service was terrible. The server spent most of her time attending to the General manager that was having lunch. It was our second time at Earls and it will be our last.

   Food, service and decor were very good except the music was terrible for dining and WAY TOO LOUD. What are they thinking???? Unfortunately we will not be going back. Let me know when you figure out the music and I’ll gladly go back.

We value your perspective, and we strive to create an inviting and warm welcome to our guests, but without overdoing it (like it sounds like we may have). We are so sorry for the noise level during your visit but glad one of our managers was able to relocate you to a quieter table; especially on the weekend evenings, the volume of sound may be louder with the volume of guests. We do hope you will give us another try, perhaps during the week when the atmosphere is slightly less energetic and more intimate :)

   Service is very good. The staff from the host, to the wait staff were very helpful and friendly. The upstairs balcony seating was great. The food and cocktails were very good too.

   Great place only reason for 4 stars on some questions was because there was some confusion about who our waiter was supposed to be. A waiter came by and took over and did a great job, Rico. The restaurant has only been open two months so chalk it up to not having all the kinks worked out yet. I would definitely recommend it and we will be going back again.

   First time here with a friend of mine. The drinks were amazing. Food was great and the service fantastic. Highly recommend. Will return, but for happy hour next time!

    Food was ok nothing to brag about. Atmosphere was nice! Felt waitstaff is told to overly sell items on the menu. Not something that I’m interested in when I first sit down.
