   Lively atmosphere where the greeter, hostess, and server were all extremely attentive, and our drinks were prepared perfectly. The appetizers were a disaster; a shame, as both were the recommended favorites and best sellers. The Crispy Rice Sushi was so hard and dry, lacking any chew, and the Szechuan Shrimp and Pork Dumplings were completely drowned in chili sauce and peanuts. To their credit, they removed the crispy rice sushi plate from our table and bill after showing it to the kitchen. We left instead of ordering more and ruining the night with disappointment.

   The term "Energetic" understates the noise level we experienced on entering the restaurant at 6:30 on a beautiful Sunday evening. This place is a Scene. The large bar on the ground floor was packed with people drinking and talking loudly, fortunately the friendly and beautiful hostess had us quickly jostling our way through the crowd and up the long stairs (if you have a have difficulty walking, use the elevator) to the upper level. There was another large bar packed with talkative men and women. Then we saw the beautiful front patio, with a retractable roof and facing north, it is perhaps the perfect place to hang out in Fort Lauderdale at any time of year. Our table for 4 was perfect, between the bar and the outside wall of the patio. The weather was wonderful. Our server greeted us promptly and we placed our drink orders and some starters. The roasted corn and avocado dip was unique and delicious. The fried squid was OK, served with a very citrusy dip. We were happy to sip our cocktails and wine in this wonderful environment. We ordered some more food, two of us had the truffle tortellini, one with slightly overcooked steak and one with nicely grilled chicken breast, but both lacking any evidence of truffle. The veggie burger was enjoyed by our Vegan friend and the peppercorn ribeye was large but on the thin side, the accompanying garlic mashed potatoes weren't very garlicky. We enjoyed the experience and I fully recommend Earls as a place for drinks and snacks on the patio. And as we walked out around 8:30, the crowd at the bars had thinned and it was turning into a more reserved place.

   Toni, our waitress, was great. She was extremely attentive and very kind. She would put in our drink order it and would take forever. Drinks took at least 20 minutes to arrive after we ordered them, asked for ketchup with our food -never arrived (even though Toni rang it in). Could’ve been a much better experience, but not because of our waitress. Also glassware was absolutely filthy, had to change it out. Not in a rush to return anytime soon, unfortunately

   Good food but we were served our mains while we were still eating appetizers. While eating barely saw a waiter to be able to order more drinks. That being said, the ambiance, service, and vibes were very good. Top floor is definitely way better than the main floor.

    Had an amazing experience here! The crispy rice and sushi were absolutely delicious — fresh, flavorful, and perfectly made. My passionfruit martini was incredible, easily one of the best cocktails I’ve ever had. The vibe was great and the service was friendly and attentive. Definitely one of my new favorite spots in Fort Lauderdale!
