Our server was exceptional!!!!!
We were all very cold and had to wear our coats though
Service was so slow due to the fact there was only 1 server for our area and food came out very slow. Notice that delivery good was more important than customers sitting inside restaurant

I am very pleased with the improvement! I have returned to this location only because of the changes and improvements made and would definitely return and recommend to others!
Been going to this location for over 20 years. Noticed during COVID they are more focused on take out orders than dine in customers. Long waits for food, waitress barely comes back and forgets to bring requested items. Also noticed, that portions are significantly smaller and some people's food was piping hot while others was cold.
Our server Allana was great. She w is friendly and always smiling. We will definitely be back and will ask to be seated in her section!
Happy hour menu is very tasty
Service needs to be better.
We shouldn't have to put plates and glassware on nearby tables to clear our table.

Food presentation was average, and service a bit slow. A lot of take outs, and It appears that the take outs have preference over the in house patrons. Maybe a bit short on staff, so hence the slow service. Food was prepared very well and both plates were very good. Will go back again.
Happy Hour has great food and drink options at a great price.
It's hard to leave reviews regarding ambiance considering that we came for dinner on a Monday night, during Covid. Food was as expected, service was pretty quick. Over all it was a good time. Friendly servers too!
Living in Richmond, it is a convenient location West Coast cuisine. We were cheerfully greeted by the manager and hostess and they were able to seat us earlier than pre-booked. The waiter was friendly and provided excellent service with checking in three times and keeping the water pitcher full. The food of Caesar salad and burgers is consistently yummy. We were overall pleased with our dining experience at Earl's during the viral pandemic.

I was disappointed that the only potato choice was either fries or mashed. Would have preferred to have a baked potato instead, however the mashed potatoes were tasty. Steak was med-rare, but somewhat tough. Perhaps if I asked for medium it would have been more tender. Service was attentive.

My Grandson had the steak and frites and said they were great. I had fettuccine Alfredo with chicken. There was hardly any sauce on the pasta making it very dry and pretty much tasteless. The chicken was good.

Everything was perfect except one thing. We ordered NY cheese cake and caramel sundae for dessert to end our nice meal. The cheesecake was great but the sundae.... um. I think they pre-made it and kept it in the freezer. The maraschino cherry on top of the sundae was frozen and the whipped cream was solid brick. It was so hard!! The ice cream itself tasted good though. If you could just decorate the sundae with fresh whipped cream, it would have been much nicer. Other than that, everything was great!!

We are regulars of a few years to Earls, one of our favourite places. However, the food this time was completely off. The fries were cold and even the replacement fries (that came out of nowhere 2 mins later) were still lukewarm and not crisp. Did you change the oil? The pizza was also lukewarm - the replacement was piping hot as it should be. The dip - the chips were lime flavoured - never remember them being like that - they were awful. We go nearly every week for happy hour and the odd time for dinner, but I'm afraid I won't be returning for a while. During these times we can only afford happy hour and we want to support the industry, specifically Earls. Huge disappointment - I'm hoping this is a one-off.

My server was Tiffany N. She was warm, welcoming and above all attentive. She was always there when we needed her for water/cutely, etc. From the moment I walked in and was sat by the hosts, to the delivery of the food, my experience was great. My reservation wasn’t honoured. Even with proof of open table reservation they did not seat us on the patio and sat us 25 mins into our reservation. The service was terrible. Waitress was young and mindless. Food was fine, but did not get what we wanted.

Felt a bit uncomfortable because initial table we sat in had too much sun exposure. Moved to a better table.Review would have been 5 stars with higher hedges to block parking lot, and flowers or something blooming in the patio
