    Eric our server on the patio today was great. Very personable and knowledgable. Having managed a restaurant myself I was pretty flabbergasted at the lackluster management. Two servers on a giant patio on the weekend is just ridiculous. Watching the manager walk through the patio just to shine glasses (when there were tons of shined glasses hung up) passing so many dirty tables not cleaning or helping whatsoever was jaw dropping. Eric killed it but against horrible odds. Hopefully they retrain management before the summer is over. 5 stars for Eric, 0 stars for the management. Additionally, when the manager came to speak to us about our food coming to us very cold she was extremely uncomfortable to speak to. Didn’t introduce herself and was clearly uncomfortable with the situation. Didn’t really offer solutions just was like “what do you want”. Very uncomfortable, and just milled about afterwards. She absolutely had time to help the servers up there, but I saw them run all of their own food, bus all of their own tables. As she either quietly walked around and did nothing or shined glassware unnecessarily.

    All 3 of us had the crispy Nashville chicken burger and they were not crispy. Way too much sauce which made the bottom bun soggy and fell apart within the first bite or two! Would NOT recommend!

    We drove from Seattle WA to your Kelowna location to celebrate my wife 60 birthday along with friends. We chose Earls from referrals. My guest ordered the Steak Frites. It was not sliced as we had expected, nor was the meat at your medium level of coolness. It was blue and bloody. We mentioned that to our waitress and recieved several apologies, but she did not offer a solution. Due to my guest medical condition, he is unable to eat under cooked meat. He mentioned at least on 2 occasions that he would not have ordered this meal if he knew it came this way. Again no solution. The waitress admitted to all 4 of us the Frites Sreak is normally sliced and did not know why it came this way.

    The location is scenic however be prepared to climb stairs to upper floor of the building Food presentation is excellent Service was good We order a regular side order of French fries was $10.75 which was overpriced for the portion received

    Normally we love Earls! However, we were visiting Kelowna last week and heard the roof top patio was great. Unfortunately, there was no accessibility/elevator and my mom who has a walker had to walked up two floors of stairs. Our server offered us complimentary chips and salsa… which she never brought us. It was a beautiful evening, but because we were on the roof, the sun was blasting my eyes the entire time. They should not have offered that table to anyone unless they had some sort of retractable roof that could shade it a little bit. I’m not one to complain so I ate covering my eyes. I would have asked for another table but our server didn’t come by once, after she dropped our food off. When we went to pay I mentioned that the sun in my eyes was not super fun and her only comment was “that’s what you get if you want to sit on the patio”. Sooo, not the best customer service. We likely won’t be back to that Earls. Disappointing. We couldn’t get out of there fast enough!

    Service was great. Great location. Great cocktail menu along with meal choices. If you don't like overly spicy food, do not order the Blackened Chicken.

    We had Cole as our server, and he was awesome! We received great service, and the food and ambience was top notch. We enjoyed the roof top patio, and will definitely return in the near future.
