    Nicole our server was fantastic. Service was on point. However our food came us to us cold. We all ordered the same thing all cold. I mentioned to her. She did offer to replace but we declined. Instead when we got the tab she had discounted our meals by 50%. Also comp’d the bottle of wine. We we shocked. Earls is our go to, today they proved why!!! Thanks for a lovely evening Nicole.

    Well when we got there they didnt have my reservation through this app but they found us a table. I showed them the reservation info on my phone but they still couldn’t find my name in their computer system. Heard from a few people that this app isn’t always reliable.

    Our server was impeccable. He kept our beverages topped up; and paid attention to detail. I ordered a small salad to go with a small bowl of clam chowder; the salad came in the large size (ordered by mistake), bonus for me. I can’t remember his name; but he was very friendly and professional.

    Food delicious, service good and view good. Parking a bit difficult to find but the. That Kelowna in the summer. I did have an elderly lady with me who finds stairs difficult and we had to climb 3 semi flights - no elevator

    Celebrating a dear friends birthday couldn’t have been better. We were escorted to a quiet, Lakeview table & enjoyed a lovely meal & complimentary birthday desert!! We both agreed it’s been awhile since we weren’t rushed through our meal. Be prepared for 5* pricing but all in all it was a great evening.

    Nicely varied menu of delicious food in generous portions. Staff are super AND there were enough servers and cook staff that our whole dining experience matched our pace. Great views over the lake. The only drawback was a rather loud ambient noise level that made conversation somewhat difficult, but the sheer amount of glass windows tends to reflect sound and there’s not much to be done about that. We will definitely return.

    Maeve is a doll and expert server. Earl’s menu is one of my favorites anywhere. Rainy day so no patio but a window seat at Earl’s is still one of the best views in town.
