Earls has been a consistent presence in delivering great food. The Cajun Chicken Ceaser salad was unfortunately not that good today. I am always looking to extend the benefit of the doubt when the kitchen may have experienced an off day. Hopefully it will be better next time.

Our hostess and server were both great. Very friendly and helpful. I had booked for the Patio (all that was available at the time we wanted) and the hostess asked if we would like an inside table instead. So we were seated inside (we are all grateful as the BEAUTIFUL patio is on the rooftop and it got very chilly after the sun went down. The food was great and the portions were generous. Our server even inquired about allergies as we ordered. I would definitely eat here again and do recommend it for good food at moderate prices.

The server was really awful and ruined our experience. She just kept picking at us. First we were just enjoying our drinks while we waited for food to arrive and she comes over and says “let’s just move these menus over to one side to make room” and proceeds to pick up my parter’s phone which was sitting on top one of her menus. I don’t think she had the right to just reach over him and grab his phone. Second, she picked up his plate without asking if he was done or the usual “still working on it” or whatever people say. And we were still snacking on the fries. I’d gone to earls less than a week prior with a friend and had a good time so I was disappointed that it was so horrible when I went back with my bf.

We were seated on time as per our reservation. The server was very nice, most of the food was really good. I order the filet mignon and it was way over cooked. An expensive item to not be cooked properly.

We LOVED our experience at Earls. We were celebrating our Anniversary and were treated with much kindness, by our server as well as a visit and hand shake from the Manager! The food presentation was wonderful and the flavour matched! It was time well spent :)
