   Steak was ordered rare. Came med well, looked and tasted old like chopped steak. Found a hair wrapped around my side order of mushrooms which were pretty much raw. Extremely disappointed! My husband and I specifically booked Earl's for our getaway weekend because of the previous trips years ago and was sadly disappointed. Will never step foot back to that location. Due better!

   Attentive and friendly service by server Anusha and Manager Ajay Started by sharing a small Garden Greens Salad which my husband and I enjoyed. Ordered ahi tuna poke bowl and Sesame citrus noodle bowl with ahi tuna added. Food was very well prepared — delicious, interesting flavours, textures and colourful presentation. This was our first time at Earl’s in Jasper and we plan to return next time we are in town. PS Both men’s and women’s bathrooms well appointed and very clean. Added to a positive dining experience for us.

   Ordered a Moscow mule to drink. It was terrible. Sent it back and got a simple vodka over ice. The pour was the smallest I’ve ever had in a drink. Could not even taste the vodka. Next came my entrée a 6 ounce prime steak. It was supposed to be cooked, medium, but was cooked well to well done. I sent it back to the kitchen and the chef was totally indifferent. He responded by saying and doing nothing to correct the situation. He was completely ambivalent. The restaurant dud nothing to apologize or to correct what was essentially a very bad meal.

   20% auto gratuity on a large party is ridiculous. The service is extremely slow and there were multiple mess ups throughout the night. One of our entrées was comped luckily as it was brought out very late, but overall, I’m not very happy with the experience although the food was good.

   The brunch is usually my favourite thing about earls. The brunch today took a while to arrive, it was cold when it arrived, the toast was soggy and my avocado benedict had barely any avocado on it. But the potato pave are the best thing about it all! Service was excellent.

    I had a great experience with timely and attentive service. However, there was a small hiccup with my order. I tried the server-recommended, newly introduced ube noodle bowl, but it turns out the noodles are always served cold. Unfortunately, this wasn't mentioned on the menu or by the server. I would have chosen a different option if I had known, as I personally don’t enjoy cold dishes for supper. Otherwise, it was an enjoyable visit!
