The only good thing I can say is that the food was delicious. However I would definitely not go back. The "open concept" of the dining room meant that it was very noisy and the speaker system had quite a bit of bass. This really bothered my mother who suffered a concussion a few years ago. Also, we were there for my Mother's 66th Birthday, and the restaurant was aware of this. Although a diner shouldn't "expect" anything to be offered by the restaurant for a special occasion such as this, of ALL the restaurants I have dined at in the past for a Birthday celebration, the restaurant has offered a complimentary dessert for the individual celebrating their Birthday. Well, not this restaurant. Additionally we had asked for a side of Mayonnaise for our meal and it was delivered about 10 minutes after we asked for it. This location definitely needs to improve upon their service standards and attention to detail before I would return. It's really unfortunate because around July/August of this year I visited the Earls in Burnaby on Lougheed Hwy and their service was impeccable compared to this location. This Earls at Grandview has a lot to learn.

Our first time at the new Earls and it was great. They are following guidelines for covid, and the food and service was amazing. Love the new ambiance of this location. It was beautiful, and we are so excited to have an Earls close to home now.
We are long time Earls restaurant lovers but we were disappointed in our food this time!
Garlic Caesar salad was bland and they changed their pan bread to a garlic bread, we didn’t like it at all!
Service was good
Getting out was great, service great, seating great. Upset with the food. Bring back the old menu; Pan Bread with dipping, Original Extra garlic Caesar salad, Leroy ribs that I have enjoyed for many many years. We just wasted our money so we won't be back we did not enjoy any of the meal except for the wine.
The restaurant is very nice and the food is good but our service was poor. I arrived after the other two were seated and waited about 10 minutes before my drink order was taken and then waited another 5 minutes for the drink to arrive and was delivered by a young male, The waitress did not return to take our order for about another 10 minutes. Our food was delivered and it was good but again half way through the waitress approached to see how our meals were. We waited again for our bill and she said she was getting the machine and waited another 10 min before she returned with the machine. The most she talked to us was when we were paying. I would not have tipped at all if I had been paying as you pay for the service which I feel we did not get at all and no the restaurant was not busy.

Food was not that good. My brunch mainly had potatoes. I wanted another mimosa but server never checked on us. My glass was empty but she passed by a few times and never asked to refill. I was really excited for brushing at earls but it wasn’t Upto the mark.

Hi this is the second time we have been to Earls South Surrey since it has opened . Both times we have had issues . First time our wings ( appie ) came out cold .This time on Friday both my husband and son ordered steak with pepper sauce . The pepper sauce was
way too salty . I do not think the chief tasted the sauce . No manager came to chat with us . I think this unacceptable . Our servicer sorted it out and they did an excellent job sorting our needs . I feel Earls needs to know this . We do like Earls but they have a long way to go to compare with Cactus Club .

Wasn’t offered water. No refills for pop. Garnishes for drinks as listed on menu missing for the second time we’ve visited. Double charged for dessert and have to drive back to that specific earls for a refund/gift card. Nothing really done by management to make up for this inconvenience. Noticed this difference in all restaurants though. You basically get served food and don’t see a server for a while. So if you are missing something .. you’d might as well just eat what you have otherwise the food will be cold by the time they come around

Actually a good Earls location! Very well decorated modern, good food and service. Earls can be hit and miss but this was very good.

Was not given cutlery or napkins with the entree. Was not offered pop refillls Alfredo dish was luke warm at best. The white rock location I was at , our table was awkward and we were directly facing the window and other guests. The new covid attachment in the solarium section is not set up well at all. Our booth was awkwardly placed. Not ideal for conversation with other people in my party.

Great atmosphere, clean modern furnishings, good food! We all loved our choices: Chicken Tacos, Cajun Chicken Sandwich, Thai Curry Bowl and Vegan Burger. Our server was friendly, professional and attentive. All the COVID protocols were in place and once our server was made aware of the allergies and food sensitivities at our table, she made sure that they were noted and followed through. We had not been to an Earl's since the White Rock location closed down. We're happy that we ventured out! Thank you for a great evening!
