It was good service and atmosphere pleasant. There is a section at the back which is quieter, at least for now because not all tables are filled. Post Covid, it could be a lot noisier . But, overall a really pleasant food experience, even if it was just their hamburgers., salads,fries.

Service and food great!...

Our server had a problem with our order. He was extremely concerned and made sure everything else went well. Gave us our 2 5ounce glasses of wine for free. I think he was called Ladha

Went in for Happy hour - Crab cake was tasty (saucy rather than crispy), the watermelon slushie was very delicious. Remember to ask to sit in the Sports Bar area during a game - we forgot to mention that, so we were in the quieter dining room. The staff were great, very friendly.

Great experience with incredible service and food!

Unusual for Earls, it took forever to have our drinks ordered. Our reservation was for 3ppl but they gave us settings and water for only 2. We ordered drinks with lunch thats how long it took. Once our drinks were ordered everything else was fine.

It was for my bday dinner and Omia seemed to forget about us after the dinner portion was eaten
We sat almost 30 mins and were very frustrated that no one came by and finally someone else brought the bill and another third person took the payment so Omia dropped the ball and left us hanging and kind of ruined the evening

Always good food and service. The team there takes good care of customers. Happy Hour is excellent - a lot of options. Sitting in the Atrium is great if you can get in there.

Food is excellent, as is service. A little pricey but worth it when you eat every bite!

Best happy hour in town

We eat at earls restaurants 4 to 5 times a week.
In this location, during the last two times, my steak was chwei , I couldn’t eve cut my steak. I told the staff and the manager, they just said sort.
Last week they made a mistake, on the chicken and the second time was not cooked properly.

Great happy hour. Servers and manager was taking good care of everyone. Forgot how good this place was

We were very disappointed in our trip to Earls. We love Earls but the service and wait times were way too slow. Probably waited approximately 15 before our first drink order was taken and the waited every time we needed another drink or to order food.

Always great at Earls, consistent, great value for your money and great scene whether a date night, boys watching a sporting game with an awesome happy hour. Definitely recommend ANY earls location

Last week my sister treated me to a birthday dinner. We both had a delicious, good fine dining experience. Earls on Fir St is our favorite neighborhood spot. Cheers!

My crab cake was delicious. Ahi tuna bowl was declared super yummy. Hubby’s chicken taco a bit dry. Service excellent. Cold on the enclosed patio & music too loud.

Have been going to this Earls for many years.

My wife and I enjoy a weekly lunch at Earls and are always very happy with the service and the food.

Service was poor. Waitress was not kind. Discount was not applied.

As always, excellent food, and service was amazing.

The food at Earls is always good and consistent. Our server was ok even though it was quiet

I go to Earls frequently and always enjoy a great reception and great service.

On this night, we were treated as though we were an after thought.

We were seated at a table not of our liking. I asked to be moved and was told there weren't other tables available when there were.

We sat for more than 10 minutes before I got someone's attention for service. And when I asked if we could change tables we were told yes.

And all around us were young men who were very liberal with language that rattled around my ears and assaulted my senses.

Now to be fair, our server was wonderful.

While I'll continue to dine at Earls, I'm not going back to this location.

It was very busy and seemed overly crowded for the covid restrictions. Everyone was in the lounge instead of spreading out in dining room. Every table was used in the lounge and some guests walking back from restroom w no mask.

Our server was amazing! So sweet. She said she was back after being away for five months. Please give her some praise she was an amazing server :)

Chicken Caesar
Salad was not crisp. Witty. Chicken very over done. Disappointing as we were there on a Sunday a month ago and it was great.
Service was poor. We were virtually ignored by the waiter. Odd. We wanted another drink and were never approached to see if we wanted anything.

Always good food, comfortable settting and excellent service.

The food was not good at all. We had the Steak Frites.
The plate was overloaded with French Fries and a mini grissly steak served with a pepper sauce probably from a can.
Sorry, but you asked. Cactus Club serves much better food.

Awesome customer services. But first time receiving plates were not cleaned.

Despite Covid, I do feel safe at Earl's due to the protocols they have in place. About every other table is left vacant, and plexiglass panels are in place between the booths. The food and service are consistently good, and I always enjoy the experience.
