We experienced a surprising number of hiccups during the course of our evening. What stood out, however, was the restaurant’s response. Everything was addressed positively and by the end of our visit, I would say they went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with our visit! We will definitely be visiting again!

Earls is my go to for any gathering, Richmond and on Fir are my 2 favorites. Karina our server at Fir today, was excellent and genuinely friendly. 5 stars Karina! Thanks!

Waitstaff were SOOO sweet and the food + drinks were stellar. So easy to book as a big group!!! (Rare). It was my birthday and they even wrote me a custom card + brought out desert for all of our group. AMAZE!!!! Shoutout our server Sophie :)

Came for dinner with 6 other people and it seemed like we all enjoyed our food. Our server was quite attentive so there was plenty of opportunity to correct it if there was anything wrong. I did have a bit of a hard time hearing some of the dinner guests I was with. But the atmosphere here was great.

Came in the day before the BMO and could not of asked for a better experience. From the moment we walked in the door everyone was welcoming. The manager Brandon came over and had a great conversation about our race the next day. Thank you to the whole staff for setting me and my friends up for a great race! The spinach dip gets credit for 4 PB’s!
