    The service by Kaleb is great as usual. Food is pretty consistence. Vibe is great for hanging out with friends and fam. Open late is another great feature.

    I wanted to share feedback on a recent visit to your restaurant for a business lunch on [insert date if known] at 12:15 PM. We were a party of nine and unfortunately, the service we received did not meet expectations. Especially given this was a lunch to welcome a new hire and make a strong first impression. We weren’t seated until 12:35 PM despite arriving on time. Once seated, the server provided waters but didn’t take individual drink orders. When I eventually requested a Coke, it took quite a while to arrive. The food service was inconsistent half of our table received their meals, while the other half waited around 10 minutes before needing to flag down the server. She then said she’d check on it, and when my plate finally arrived, it was cold and had to be sent back. We also had to ask three separate times for wasabi, which only came after the meal was mostly finished. We had to ask for refills and most of the time we had to ask 2-3 times. Toward the end of the meal, the person paying addressed some of these concerns with the server, who responded that the manager would come over with the receipt to speak with us directly. Unfortunately, the manager never showed up. This experience was disappointing, especially considering your usual high standard of service. While I understand that things can occasionally go off-track, this felt like a series of avoidable issues, and it created a poor impression during what should have been a celebratory lunch. I’m sharing this feedback in hopes that it’s taken constructively and leads to better experiences for future

    Steph was absolutely amazing! From the moment we sat down, she made us feel welcomed and taken care of. She was friendly, attentive without being overbearing, and had great recommendations that made our meal even better. You can really tell she loves what she does—her positive energy made the whole experience stand out. We’ll definitely be back, and we’ll be asking for Steph!

    This is a difficult one to rate. First the servers are excellent. They are very professional and accopmmodating. So the low score has nothing to do with that. The food is about what you would expect from a trendy place. It is good not great but good. The food took about 40 minutes to get out but the place was completely packed so it was a little longer than I would have liked but it wasn't completely unreasonable given how busy it was. The main reason why I will not be returning is the volume of the music. It's basically ridiculous. LIV sounds like a library compared to this place. You're trying to have dinner and even screaming into the ear of the person next to you doesn't work.
