Food was served cold after returning it to be warmed it returned look warm at best
The waiter got some of the orders wrong, but she was very nice. The portions for drinks are quite small, and they put little alcohol in all the drinks. The wait time for food is quite long, but the ribs were really good, not too serenaded in BBQ and they melt in your mouth. I ordered the spicy Korean wings, they are nice and spicy but the sauce is overwhelming, it does let you enjoy the meat. The portion of fries was small, and the potatoes were quite raw. It was a good meal, but not one to remember. Might come back, might not, this restaurant gives you that doubtful feeling, but overall it was decent but not memorable enough.
Everything was great. Our waitress Kat was amazing. We sat outside and the view was amazing. The food was delicious. I highly recommend Earls.
Food took forever to reach us. Unbelievably on a table of 5 the waiter completely forgot to take the dinner order of the guest of honor. So the food arrived for all but you know who. Terribly embarrassing for us as this was a massive customer of mine.
The noise level was unbearable. We loved the food but won't go back..
Viviana was great. Very attentive and easy to talk too. She came to us right away and gave us some water and was always making sure throughout the night that we were helped. Very enjoyable and we will come back again for sure.
Great place with FAB food! One of our favourite places after shopping at Dadeland mall.
It was incredibly hot in the restaurant. My entire table was sweating. It was also Friday, around Happy Hour, so the noise level was pretty high. Generally speaking, the place is great. I live nearby so I go there often. I have never been disappointed by the food, or the service.
A great service provided always adds to the value of the place and experience overall. Today we had really great service. Thank you!
This place is our get away for Sunday Brunch. We love the selection choices and the staff is above and beyond.
My waitress Jessica was great and very accommodating. My margarita was delicious. The guac dip with chips was delicious as was the dried ribs which I absolutely love and never disappoints. I am so glad I reserved a table.
Alexis is the best!!!!!
Was a very awesome place and the food was delicious. It was me and my friends first time there. We both loved it
Food was delicious!
Great service too.
As always, I had a great time at Earl’s. The service was superb and the food was delicious. So glad I live nearby.
A bit overpriced for the quality and quantity of the food.
Although my eggs Benedict were NOT hot when served they were still good. However I do prefer my breakfast hot. Our server Jessica was pleasant and very attentive. We appreciate her service. Everyone had a wonderful time.
Seated near bar-loud and rowdy
Quanity of food for price doesn't make it reasonable enough to return
Great! Service was amazing especially given that it was super busy and packed. Staff was very nice and welcoming, food was great as always!
Waitress not in tune with our needs. Dirty seats full of food. No one felt they needed to clean. Manager apologized.
Bradley was our server and he was on top of it for us. We had a bunch of appetizers which were delicious. I’d def return for some good and drinks!
Great service and great food and drinks. Perfect place for a fun happy hour.
ALWAYS GREAT FOOD and service today and usually is impressive!!!
Every year since Earls opened in dadeland mall I have celebrated my birthday there. Yesterday for my 30th I made dinner reservations 2 days before to be outside by the band. When I arrived I realized my sister has made a reservation for us as well. When we were seated after 20 minutes of being there the event coordinator came up and told us we had to move Bc this table was reserved for another party. When I asked about my two reservations no one could give me an answer as to where it was. The manager wanted to put us in the cabanas with the coffee tables to have our dinner when I complained after 30 mins of this ridiculousness they finally made me a table in the middle of the dance floor where I spent the rest of the night being bumped into. To make matters worse no one ever sat at the table. When I asked again why they had moved us out of the table the coordinator whom told me her name was Naomi ( it felt like a lie bc she didn’t want to give me her name) said she had personally made those reservations for her friends. They moved my party of 6 to a horrible location to accommodate no one. Then they told me the only thing they can do for me is tell me sorry. They weren’t apologetic and on top of everything my service was slow, my food was cold and my steak was old, they rushed out my cake didn’t even wait for the band. I would never recommend coming to this place again and you have lost a very loyal customer and ruined my birthday
Despite having a reservation that requested a table in the main dining room away from the bar and not outside, arriving on time and seeing 6-8 open tables in the main room, we were made to wait about 15 minutes and then were seated in the bar area. We refused the table and insisted on one of the open tables in the main room and needed to make a stink with the host guy before he would give us the table we reserved.
This pattern seems to repeat itself as they have done this to us 2 or 3 times in the past.
Awesome place loved it, the food is incredible and the service was really good
Extremely noisy. We hate Florida, but were there for our son's graduation. On Mothers' Day, they had run out of steaks by 4:30. We will bet the late diners were not happy. And they didn't make the least bit of contrition for the poor planning except to say that it never happened before. No way to run a railroad...
We were able to be seated right away and while there were a few dish snafus, they are handled right away. Our server was amazing and we're definitely making plans to go back.
So loud you couldn’t talk to the person next to you. Service was so bad! Our server would disappear for 30 min at a time and we would only see her when we had to ask other waiters to find our server. We even asked for the manager and no one ever came. Food was ok, but will never go back.
Love it. Food is delicious. Service is fantastic.
Food was good. Too few lunch options for me — would have appreciated seeing a sandwich (instead of just burgers) and a couple more meal-sized salad options.
Too expensive!!!!!! Service very slow!!!! Tooooo expensive. Will not repeat.
Earls never disappoints! Perfect place for brunch, happy hour, midday meal or midnight snack!
The bread & service is amazing - the only problem was no toilet paper or paper towels in the woman bathroom
The food and service was wonderful. They were accommodating for 8 people on a Sunday night and did not rush us through. Will definitely return
Best ribs I’ve had in Miami, and the old fashioned is perfect.
Amazing brunch menu 😊
I went this past Sunday for Brunch at 10am. I sat at the lounge (bar) and was helped by a blonde bartender. I ordered egg's benedict with a cold brew and bailey's to drink. The food came out quick which was great because I needed to get to work at 11am. The bartender was very kind and attentive.
My eggs weren't runny and it's not really egg's benedict unless the eggs are runny. It's not the bartender's fault, she even warned me the eggs were going to be runny, but whoever cooked it overdid it. I didn't send it back because I was in a hurry and it probably would've been more trouble than it was worth considering I was short on time.
I ordered another drink and made some small talk with the bartender. Again, she was kind and funny so kudos to her for her people skills and thanks to the other gentleman that helped me when I first arrived. Overall, it felt like they cared about my experience and that really made my brunch great.
I really enjoyed myself, the brunch happy hour has great prices. The seating changed and they got rid of the hightops inside and replaced with regular long tables and chairs which was is a welcome change. The decoration is really modern and nice. I've been here a few times already but this day stuck out to me. I wish I got her name but the bartender was awesome! thank you!
The food was excellent. However, my only compliant was that our server had the audacity to sit down and take our order three times. I believe it was very unprofessional, especially because he did not do this with any other surrounding table. I have never seen a server take the initiative to sit in one of the chairs and causally take an order for a guest.
Nice place, very busy, and the food is good. Just be careful with the drink prices. $18 for a Martini. For a minute, I thought we were in South Beach. But, we're in Dadeland Mall 🤔
