Food was delicious! We had to move tables because of an obnoxious party nearby, and the waiter for our new table was less than ideal. We asked for more water several times and in the end had to get up and go get glasses of water from the bar. My boyfriend asked what kind of Bourbon the restaurant had and the waiter had no idea and said he would find out but never returned to let us know until we asked two more times. Overall I would go back but if I got seated in that servers section I would request to move.
Excellent food and service. Fernando was great, couldn't ask for a more attentive server. We will be back soon.
I’ve dined at Earls many times and normally love the food and service. This time, our food took over an hour to be brought to us. By then, we were hangry. I’m not really sure why it happened or what could have been done to avoid it, but it’s definitely something they should work on. Aside from that, our waiter was very friendly and service oriented. The manager came to apologize and comped our meal. In the end, they did the right thing and for that reason I didn’t rate them lower. I truly appreciate that they took corrective measures which is why I’ll be back.
I had the poke bowl and it was fresh and beautifully presented.
Good food and a good time. Recommend for a nice time.
John was amazing. Very attentive and super fun personality. Definitely going to ask for him on my next trip back!
We went for an early brunch. The service was slow.
Two of us had to send back the food because it was cold.
The server looked overwhelmed. There were many empty tables as we left and lots waiting to be seated. It appears that they are quite understaffed.
In the past, the service and food was excellent. I recommend they hire more help.
Ambiance and experience overall was great. Vincent - server- attentive and professional.
Loved the experience, it was friendly and much fun place to enjoy lunch with friends that I had not seen since the. Pandemic. Love it, Love it, Love it.-
Food: quality has declined in recent months. They never have the tuna sushi roll so not sure why it’s still on the menu.
Drinks: WORST wine selection ever. They need to offer different/better wines, especially by the glass! Had to take Tylenol when I got home because the white wine I had gave me such a terrible headache (I only had a glass and a half).
Service: our server yesterday was just awful! Period!
Happy Hour: prices have increased, sushi rolls are no longer offered and back to the wine… aside from the fact that it’s terrible, the happy hour prices are expensive.
I love the location and usually go regularly but if food and drink don’t improve I may stop going.
Food was great as always but as many places they are short staffed. Our first server left and a girl came to help us. Very nice service. Food took a long time. First beer I had was warm so when I order the second one I told the waitress “if you can bring as soon as poured then I will take another, if you can’t I will be fine with water” she did bring it cold 😬
Waited 40 mins for food to be delivered. Avocado Benedict bread was burnt, poached eggs overcooked.
Great brunch atmosphere. Would highly recommend it and will defiantly do it again.
We were a bit surprised that even with a reservation we waited over 15 minutes to be seated…and hostess was not very helpful.
Once seated, everyone was incredibly helpful. Food was delicious.
We had brunch at Earls with the family and had a great meal. The service was excellent and the food was good. We did have a small issue with my grand daughter's meal but they took care of it quickly.
Great service great food! Was def too loud for a business lunch as we were shouting. $200 for 4 main course only w water. A bit pricey
Food was excellent. Service was excellent.
I was just disappointed that I chose Earls to celebrate my birthday and they were out of oysters and anything tuna.
Other than that everything was great.
Manager Nate came to apologize and then gave me my birthday cake.
Food was extremely bad not as it was before, burger was tasteless, meat was burned, Thai chicken barely had chicken!! Service was the only good thing in our dinner
Usually it was one of our favorite place but not any more
always delivers a great brunch :) food and service are outstanding.
drinks good. Apps good. Service was ok. Have been here several times
Really enjoyed brunch with my wife! Truffle fries were a perfect starter and the spicy chicken and waffles was a hit as well. We’ll be back!
Our food was delivered to our table over an hour after we ordered during brunch time. Eggs were cold and toast was burnt. Terrible
Brunch at Earls is always a great idea! Chicken and Waffles & Watermelon mimosa is the perfect combo.
Very disappointed this time. I love Earls, but I´m thinking if I will return.
Loved it, but the waitress could have suggested the unlimited mimosas. $160 vs $40. Service could have been less greedy.
We’ve been many times and really love the atmosphere. The food is pretty good but the prices are way too high
The restrooms were dirty. They were out of the house wine, and out of fish and chips. The appetizer of spinach dip and chips; the chips were stale. I ordered a medium rare steak and frites; the steak was barely pink and the frites were barely warm. My husbands meal was the salmon bowl with greens. The greens were extremely salty. The manager did comp my steak because there was no way I was waiting for them to fix another one. Service was very slow. I watched a person who was plating food move fries to several plates and he wasn’t wearing gloves. Honestly after I saw the person touching food without gloves I was ready to leave. I would never go back there again.
Delicious food and great service. A wonderful option for brunch, lunch or any other occasion. Lobster and shrimp omelette is a definite must!!
Birthday brunch. First of all we made reservations but when I called previously they said they didn’t take reservations for brunch. Thankfully I didn’t cancel the reservation. The hostess did nit seat us due to no server in that area, meanwhile people were coming in and getting seated right away while we had to wait. It wasn’t even the wait it was the lack of good service when we asked for something it took them a while to bring it. The food was good no complaints. I do hope the service improves and the people you have up front are not incompetent. Do better.
This is my second time at Earls. For my family was the first one. We had a great time and the ambience was nice and happy.
Food and drinks were delicious and our waiter very attentive.
Best place for brunches and bdays.
It’s always good at Earls.
Horrible service. We waited an hour for our food that our waitress forgot to enter. 20 minutes after ordering she asked how we wanted the meat prepared. The food was OK
Hosted a table of 17 amazing and we were able to have split checks
We arrived for our 11:00 Am reservation and were seated promptly. The first booth had a broken seat so we moved to the next booth. Our server was immediately attentive and continued to be so throughout our visit.
The lobster and shrimp omelette was delightful and the mimosas were delicious. My only complaint was the house potatoes were hard and burnt. They were replaced and those were the same.
A manager came over and apologized for the problem and offered a salad replacement. We declined but the offer was greatly appreciated .
Our waitress was amazing. Great service, great food.
Food was great
Server was friendly and attentive
