Food and wine were delicious. Sat outside since it was a cool Miami night — something that doesn’t happen often and it was very nice especially because it was much quieter and easy to have a conversation. The server was extremely nice!
They have a nice patio, but they pump really loud music out there even during the week, so I don't go expecting a quiet dinner. They have some nice, healthy salads.
After we were seated our waiter passed by a couple of times. Not once did he acknowledge us or say I’ll be right with you guys. He was waiting on 2 - 3 tables outside and maybe even some table inside, which I totally get; however a simple acknowledgment would have been more professional. After taking care of his others tables he then greeted us and took our drinks order. He was polite and friendly.
Food was so so. Ordered the lobster and shrimp ravioli at the waiters recommendation. It was salty, the sauce was heavy and over powering. Not sure what filing was in the actual ravioli but it didn’t look like shrimp or ravioli. My dad ordered the Thai chicken with mushrooms or something like that. He said his food was also salty. The wine came in watermarked glasses. I could feel bits on the glass, as if it hadn’t been washed properly.
This place use to be pretty good to eat at but was disappointed with the service and the food. Their standards have definitely dropped.
Very nice place for brunch! Visited two Sundays in a row. Love it there!
Manger Chris is a stand up guy. Thanks again for the hospitality to make things right with us
This is a great place to meet friends or with family. The vibe is swanky. Ordered a cosmopolitan which was kinda weak The Cosmo was pricey they added 3 buck for gray goose selection. The calamari was yummy and I highly recommend it. I ordered the steak medium but it was over cooked to well. I’m patient and understand that most places are short staffed so it’s okay. I loved going here and will be back.
Our waitperson Matthew was very knowledgeable and attentive.
Great ambiance in outside seating at Happy Hour. Very good selection for food and drinks.
We had reservations for right when it opened, so there were no other guests there. We were seated immediately and had the watermelon mimosas and passion fruit mojito(double shot is the way to go). Since it was early, we decided to indulge in just the appetizers and a soup. The calamari, lobster tostada, truffle fries, and clam chowder. The calamari was light tempura batter and was not greasy. The lobster tostada was a lobster pico de gallo on a crispy tostada. It was a very refreshing appetizer with fresh chopped onions and tomatoes. The truffle fries came out hot fresh, and the truffle aioli was so good they should sell that to go! The Clam chowder had a clam in every spoon, if I had to complain I would say the potatoes were slightly under cooked and it could use fewer carrots. I didn't get to try the watermelon mimosa, but my friend ordered them back to back and kept raving about it. My passion fruit mojito was perfect, not too sweet or minty. Our waiter Franco was attentive, got our order right, and the food came out on time. He was there whenever we needed him like he could read our minds. The lunch manager Destin was also nice and did a courtesy visit to make sure everything was going fine. All in all, I can't wait to go back to try their burgers, steaks, and weekend brunch.
We are Earls regulars but Sunday brunch was not great. We waited almost 2 hours for our food
It was nice.
Worst meal ever. That’s all I need to say.
Our wine took 20 mins to come out and the our Food took 45 mins to come out. Then my mom didn’t get the right food she ordered and then her new order took another 15 mins. She had to take it to good
The spinach and artichoke dip was to die for!!! Will definitely recommend to anyone looking for a nice dinner spot.
The server was ok, but the food was not up to par. I always order the same plate from here; and this time the chicken was chewy and mediocre, and the coleslaw was awful! The sides are alwaysmy fav part of this dish and tonite it disappointed me tremendously. When I told the server about it, he just shrugged his shoulders and didn’t offer any resolution.
This is the second time in the last 2 weeks, that they don't have items in the menu, like all the sushi, and barely 2 desserts. This is a large chain of restaurant that should be able to order enough food to cover Sunday night.
Also the service was barely standard, we waited a long time to be served the main meal, the appertizer got to the table before the drinks, and the truffle's fries were cold. Not a great experience after all.
Great place to eat. Brunch menu was a little limited but the overall menu was plentiful. The service, food, and atmosphere was great!
Great lunch and great service. It would have been prefect if they had the beer my husband ordered from their drinks menu, and the expresso machine was not broken.
Don’t waste your money. Menu is different. Items from menu were unavailable when ordered. Service was horrible and check included 22% gratuity. This place is not what it used to be. Better off going to cheesecake factory downstairs.
It was a birthday brunch for 6 of our friends. Due to the color of our skin the waitress was not attentive to our table we waited extended periods of time for our food for it to reach our table burned and cold without any apologies or explanation from our waitress. The waitress did not care for our concerns as she shrugged and rolled her eyes as we spoke to her. She must have thought due to the color of our skin we wouldn’t tip her well because every table around us received quality service but us. As a first responder this was very disheartening to experience especially because my co workers and I usually frequent this restaurant.
The staff is wonderful and very accommodating. From the host to the servers they really went out of their way to make sure we were happy. The food was yummy. My second cosmo not so much but the first one was awesome. Great spot to meet up with family or friends.
Our 11 year old was being special and the waiters were so patient and kind to her.
Service was not the strongest point but the food and ambience were good
Food was delicious! We had to move tables because of an obnoxious party nearby, and the waiter for our new table was less than ideal. We asked for more water several times and in the end had to get up and go get glasses of water from the bar. My boyfriend asked what kind of Bourbon the restaurant had and the waiter had no idea and said he would find out but never returned to let us know until we asked two more times. Overall I would go back but if I got seated in that servers section I would request to move.
Excellent food and service. Fernando was great, couldn't ask for a more attentive server. We will be back soon.
I’ve dined at Earls many times and normally love the food and service. This time, our food took over an hour to be brought to us. By then, we were hangry. I’m not really sure why it happened or what could have been done to avoid it, but it’s definitely something they should work on. Aside from that, our waiter was very friendly and service oriented. The manager came to apologize and comped our meal. In the end, they did the right thing and for that reason I didn’t rate them lower. I truly appreciate that they took corrective measures which is why I’ll be back.
I had the poke bowl and it was fresh and beautifully presented.
Good food and a good time. Recommend for a nice time.
John was amazing. Very attentive and super fun personality. Definitely going to ask for him on my next trip back!
We went for an early brunch. The service was slow.
Two of us had to send back the food because it was cold.
The server looked overwhelmed. There were many empty tables as we left and lots waiting to be seated. It appears that they are quite understaffed.
In the past, the service and food was excellent. I recommend they hire more help.
Ambiance and experience overall was great. Vincent - server- attentive and professional.
Loved the experience, it was friendly and much fun place to enjoy lunch with friends that I had not seen since the. Pandemic. Love it, Love it, Love it.-
Food: quality has declined in recent months. They never have the tuna sushi roll so not sure why it’s still on the menu.
Drinks: WORST wine selection ever. They need to offer different/better wines, especially by the glass! Had to take Tylenol when I got home because the white wine I had gave me such a terrible headache (I only had a glass and a half).
Service: our server yesterday was just awful! Period!
Happy Hour: prices have increased, sushi rolls are no longer offered and back to the wine… aside from the fact that it’s terrible, the happy hour prices are expensive.
I love the location and usually go regularly but if food and drink don’t improve I may stop going.
Food was great as always but as many places they are short staffed. Our first server left and a girl came to help us. Very nice service. Food took a long time. First beer I had was warm so when I order the second one I told the waitress “if you can bring as soon as poured then I will take another, if you can’t I will be fine with water” she did bring it cold 😬
Waited 40 mins for food to be delivered. Avocado Benedict bread was burnt, poached eggs overcooked.
Great brunch atmosphere. Would highly recommend it and will defiantly do it again.
We were a bit surprised that even with a reservation we waited over 15 minutes to be seated…and hostess was not very helpful.
Once seated, everyone was incredibly helpful. Food was delicious.
We had brunch at Earls with the family and had a great meal. The service was excellent and the food was good. We did have a small issue with my grand daughter's meal but they took care of it quickly.
