   Booked a table for 14 to celebrate my students graduation for 4:30 pm, still on the happy hour menu but found out when I got there that they changed the rule two days before, happy hour menu is only in the patio or the lounge , same food inside is double, I understand if it’s really busy inside but was not at that time . Service was good and fast and the waitress took care of us very well but this was a sour thing in my mouth as I had everything planned ahead of time what to order and how to order from the happy hour menu . Could’ve gone somewhere else if I knew the change in protocol.

   Consistent, friendly, and courteous service. Hostess was great in seating my table of guests promptly, water on the table right away, and orders taken in a reasonable amount of time. My only suggestion would be to check up on refilling pop and being a little more attentive when later guests arrived as we indicated there would be a staggered arrival. Overall an excellent experience, as you know what to expect with food quality, ambience, and efficiency—even with a late lunch business meeting with a full dining lounge.

   Another great dinner out with my wife The food and beverages were delicious as usual. The salmon was perfect. Thanks to Janessa, Joe, and all the staff who contributed to such wonderful dining out experience

   We went out to celebrate purchasing a new house and our server was great. He was attentive and checked in with us frequently. The food was stellar, in particular the white chocolate crème brûlée was phenomenal. One of our party has a mild food allergy and our server double checked what we were ordering with the kitchen and a manager followed up as well.

   As always another enjoyable experience at Earl’s Crossroads. The food was wonderful - great flavour and perfectly prepared. Janessa provided us with wonderful service. We will be back!! Thanks to all!

   went to Earls for my husband's Birthday, I did not like the waitress we had. She seemed irritated and not attentive at all. Empty cups sitting on the table and no check in with appetizers until after we were done. Felt very rushed the entire time, when I booked the dinner I did specify "my husbands birthday" I guess I was expecting a smile and a Happy Birthday but I did not get that.
