We thoroughly enjoyed our visit! The location close to the Jubilee Theatre made it a great spot for dinner before the show. Staff were great, drinks were pretty good. The Nashville Chicken Skewers were unexpectedly awesome! It was noisy, but Earls locations generally are. Overall a great dinner

I was at Earls a few months ago. Did not have the best experience. I Did hear back from a manager and did respond but never heard back again. So we were in Edmonton attending the Jubilee for a show and thought I will give them another try. It was good to see that some of my complaints had been fixed. And this was a much better experience. I do not recall who our server was, but he was a very nice young man.

Had a good meal!!! It was a bit loud to have a business meeting---- where we were seated!!! But it all worked out OK!

Our server at Earl’s yesterday was delightful - she was efficient, professional and had a good sense of humour! We mentioned that we were going to the The Lion King at the Jubilee Auditorium right after dinner so she ensured that our drinks and various meals arrived promptly. Happy birthday next week, enjoy the Lion King -it’s fabulous!

The food was great. Once drink orders got taken service was good, but very slow until then… waited to get seated for quite a while and another waiter came by to ask if we had been served yet because we were sitting for so long.

We were going to see the Lion King at the Jubilee. We went to Earls when they opened at 11. Had reservations. They were severely under staffed and unprepared for the rush of people that came. It’s quite common for people to go there before an afternoon show. Took us twenty minutes to get a coffee. Our food came after two other tables got theirs and we had arrived before them by a good ten minutes. Had to keep asking for spoons for our coffee or sugar even. Worst thing…washrooms are downstairs. My 83 year old mom really struggled. No sign of an accessible washroom. I will not be going back.

Earls is always good food and service. We both ordered chicken tacos and there was far too much rub on chicken. It was all you could taste. Just a heads up to anyone ordering them . Usually always good food

Service was great, food was great, very loud and bathrooms are in the basement which would make it very hard for someone with a disability or sore knees or feet.
