I don’t like that you have to pay for parking to dine at earls. Very expensive parking!!
Hi Lola, Thank you for sharing your feedback, I understand your frustrations. Unfortunately, the parking lot located beside our building is not controlled by us and is separate to our restaurant. Ultimately, there are not a whole lot of alternative solutions as we are a downtown location. There is free street parking up the road from us if you'd like to try that next time! Went to Earl's on one of the hottest days for lunch and catch-up. Excellent service but we should have stayed inside as it became too hot and we had to move inside. The staff were excellent in getting us settled at a new inside table and the meal progressed beautifully. One must also commend Earl's on the size of their meal proportions as compared to some other restaurants.

I was especially impressed with our service. The waitress was very friendly, accommodating and efficient. The hostess was very friendly and accommodating as well.
I have found that this has been hit and miss pre-Covid - so I am very happy with the staff here now.

Food and drinks was good, wish the outdoor heat lamp were turned on when it's chilly outside.
The restaurant was closed to dining-in service and they did not let us know. We where there to celebrate a birthday and the first time that we have seen each other since Christmas. Due to all the other pre-bookings at other restaurants we could not find another place to go. It was cold outside and my friend is 8 months pregnant so we couldn’t walk outside either and there is still no indoor socializing allowed. Utterly disappointed as I made the reservation a week before.

My daughters reserved a table for my birthday lunch. We arrived at the restaurant and it was locked with a sign saying they’re deep cleaning due to a Covid case. I am happy they took responsibility for the Covid issue but someone could have told us before we came there to a locked door

The server was great the Earls wine she recommended was fantastic and at a reasonable price so I’ve already told my friends about it. The happy hour spots were great and dinner was awesome! I love Earls for great food, wine and prices
My chair had hair and dandruff from another person on it and the table was gross and dirty. Food was great but I will think twice before I go back based on the cleanliness
The restaurant smelled very bad. The food wasn’t good and the coffee was cold.
It was a treat to be out & the food & service were excellent
After being seated no server came to our table. We waiting 10 mins then I informed the hostess who promised a server immediately. Five minutes later we still didn’t have a server or any attention from staff. So again I went to the hostess and asked for a manager this time. The manager offered the minimal apology and free round of drinks but never checked in on us again. And here’s the interesting thing- the restaurant was practically empty

Such a nice restaurant. The only trouble might be parking ie you might have to pay for it if you don't find street parking.
When we sat down got told we had to leave within 1.5 hours but 30 mins into meal said kitchen was way behind because there is 10 delivery guys standing in the front entrance for skip the dishes. Need to figure out the indine vs skip the dishes balance. Wild stuff. Won’t be returning.

Had just missed the lunch menu, so had the happy hour menu. Portion size was a bit underwhelming for the respective price.
Nothing special about the food and/or service.
Annoying there isn’t any free parking for patrons.
They didn’t have record of my reservation somehow but were still able to accommodate.
Lounge was loud, many patrons not respecting covid rules. Staff gave their best efforts to enforce the same. Hostess was great, wait staff was not very attentive
Had a wonderful experience meeting family for lunch out on the patio. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Perfect place on our first venture out since March!
Ear'ls is back! Best it can be under the new rules. Enjoyed our lunch very much.

Very good 1st time back since shutdown! Beautiful patio, tables nicely spaced out, respectful, masked servers, lovely chill ambience!
