The oven was not working and servers did not seem to be bothered by this. Happens all the time they told me. As a result there was limited selection of food. I refused to order anything and left. Waste of my time. Went to a different restaurant instead.

Our order was not brought out together. We had to wait for two meals and then one of the meals was incorrect. Frustrating for the amount of money and the special occasion

We went to Earl’s for a celebratory dinner for graduation. I was presented the cutest hand written note, telling me congratulations. In addition to that, the manager was very friendly and personable. She saw to it that our requests were met. The food was impeccable, my entire party enjoyed their meals and drink. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone. Exceptional service and great ambiance.

Both my guest and I had the salmon, not as awesome as usual as it was a little dry.

We loved the food, service was great. I gave a maximum noise level because when we first arrived, for a lunch, the music level was extremely high, 3 people could hardly hear each other speaking. To our server’s credit, we mentioned the noise level, and she was instrumental in having the music level toned down to a reasonable sound level. Cudos to her.

It took about 15 minutes to be greater. Our waitress was friendly. Totally sold out of tea. Ordered the new chicken tacos + sub guacamole instead of salsa. Recieved stake tacos, no taco chips, still serves salsa, underripe Avocado. My husband ordered a 2nd beer which came 20 minutes late, almost after he finished eating. We were ready for the bill but our waitress must have went on break for 15. No eye contact from other servers to ask for help. The manager came by and eventually cleared our plates, and we asked for the bill. She didn't enquire how the service was whatsoever. Clearly better management needed to trickle down to the service staff. Construction in the mall was audible so the music was turned up quite loud to muffle the sounds. We usually love the food. Great that it is open till midnight 7 days a week. Usually I'd give the restaurant an 8.5 out of 10 but last night was a 5 at best.
