   All the staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. We reserved a table on the rooftop patio and it was a wonderful ambiance. The breeze, music playing, and wonderful food and drink made for the perfect evening.

   Staff was so nice and meal was good. They brought out a really nice birthday surprise for our friend with a cute card from the restaurant.

   I hadn’t been to Earls in a couple of years and decided to come to the Prudential location with my wife to check it out. This location still lives up to the memory we had of our last visit. Our server, Ben, was very attentive and had good recommendations. The time and attention that he invests in his guests is admirable considering how busy it can get. Our food was made well and our cocktails were tasty. The ambience and vibe of the restaurant is immaculate as alway. Shoutout to the daytime shift leader for running a smooth shift and shoutout to the kitchen staff. We’ll definitely return!

   went here to celebrate my boyfriend's graduation, service was great but food was subpar considering the price. we waited almost an hour for our entrees to be served but the service was amazing and the drinks were delicious. kitchen issues were likely due to how crowded it was on a friday night. overall would give this place a solid 4/5 stars.

   Don’t order the filet, comes with the steak and sushi as an upgrade option. Tasted like a poor quality sirloin. They insisted that it was the filet, not sure if they were lying or if they just have the worst steak in city.

   The service could be better. The food was ok, nothing great but ok. The meat was cold. The margarita was too weak and tasted like lemonade. Kind staff overall but ok.

   We hosted a board dinner at Earls and, while our reservation had to be moved a couple of times to accommodate another large party, the staff went out of their way to make us feel valued and cared for. The attention to detail, from the service to the food was excellent, and the managers checked in with us throughout the evening to ensure everything was running smoothly. Even with the changes, we never felt like an afterthought. Truly appreciate the hospitality and professionalism, thank you for making our group feel seen and respected. We’ll definitely be back!

   We’ve been before and was great. Today…most everyone had their food served cold. My pork chop was raw and had to be sent back. The parking validation didn’t work when we drove out. All around a horrible experience for over $400. Such a disappointment after raving about previous visits.

    The food was amazing service had a few hiccups. Our host lead us out in to a beautiful patio only to turn us around despite open tables and having asked us if we were OK sitting in that area. When I reiterated that we were fine sitting in the patio she muttered something about a large party and continued leading us back inside in another direction to then turn around apologizing again go a different direction and then turn us around again before leaving our party of 3 at a small round table. The table didn't seem fully set up it did not have a drink menu or candle. We had to grab a drink menu off a nearby table. Our waitress came right over to begin service. Getting our drinks out timely, but when it came time to order, her iPad wasn't working. We had to repeat our food orders multiple times before she said she would come right back with a working ipad. She did come back. We verified the order but when our order came out, we still had a mistake and received chicken tacos instead of the Baja tacos we had ordered. The waitress apologize and the correct dish was brought out quickly. The food made up for the service bumps, I will note it was Mother's Day so it was very busy.
