    we used to love Earls Kitchen! Every time people from other places came to Boston, it was the designated place to take them!! This couple of times, we were pretty disappointed! I didn’t wanted to place a bad review because we thought maybe the first time was just bad luck… but the food downgraded its quality, and the service was horrible… we had to ask for things like 5 times for them to bring m. Our server wasn’t even paying attention to the table and we had to call random ones to bing us things… and it took us 5 tries with different servers for us to get what we asked for (and happened for 3 different things we asked for even the check) !!! We absolutely love the aesthetic of the place… but the food being ok and the service horrible…. it’s pretty disappointing.

    Service was prompt and friendly. Complementary sip of champagne was a great touch! Staff was willing and able to seat two separate groups not planning to dine together near each other as a last minute request. Food was excellent. Our group of 10 was very happy.

    Our experience was outstanding! We have high standards for service and food quality and both were exceeded. From the minute we walked into the restaurant and were greeted by a warm and friendly host, who seated us exactly where we wanted, to our fabulous server Finn, who accommodated my special custom cocktail request and allergies, and who was genuinely interested in looking after us with delicious appetizers, perfectly cooked Atlantic salmon and a deliciously fresh poke bowl to the exceptional Manager Brendan, who stopped by to make sure our food and service was good and who spent considerable time giving us excellent advice about life in Boston and local collages for our daughter. We plan on returning every time we’re in Boston and we highly recommend you book a table asap !!

    This was my third time to Earls in the past 2 months and the first time I was really disappointed. My large group was seated in tiny uncomfortable chairs instead of one of the round booth tables that I was hoping for and we were told there were no options to sit inside on a scorching day despite there being at least ten open tables indoors when we arrived and when we left. The food was just okay and the service really made me wish I’d picked a different place to bring my friends.

    I was very disappointed with the menu and the changes.  everyone in the party when they received their food. It was all cold after a very long wait. Rose has always been one of my favorite restaurants in Boston, I was very disappointed.
