Staff friendliness and efficiency are best in class. Ambience cool urban is great. Noise level so loud we couldn’t hear a thing servers said to us without multiple repetitions. Food presentation exceptional. Tastes very good. $25 per manhattan cocktail was stunning overprice. Staff made it worth going. Beware drink pricing!!

We had superb service with Dan our server. The food was very good and reasonably priced. However we ordered specialty Marguerite’s @$19+ And they were ridiculously weak. They could have easily passed for mocktails. Our server Dan tried to correct this but when you order a high-end cocktail at that price you should not be disappointed. Apparently I’m not the only person to notice this. It’s off-putting.

Wonderful first time to Earl's and we were immediately melted and greeted by two OUTSTANDING staff members. Both Leah and Jazmine were very helpful (Leah gave us a thorough explanation of various areas of the restaurant and a welcome glass of bubbly!) while upstairs Jazmine was seating us we requested a more covered option and without missing a beat or losing her pleasant disposition, she found us a new table). I ordered the Surf and Turf with salmon pressed sushi (delicious sauce served with the steak) and upon recommendation of our server Manuela, my wife ordered the Sesame Citrus Noodle Bowl with ahi tuna. The depth of flavor made it a repeat option. The peach mojito and peach whiskey sour were spot on as well. The negroni and espresso martini left a little to be desired with the use of cold brew coffee or slightly off mix ratio for the negroni. When we left, we were thanked and warmly wished a good night as if we were longtime friends or did something special. Earl's is a keeper and appears to be a fabulous Happy Hour option as well.

We had the best service and our sober. Sam was very pleasant and attentive. The manager Turner checked on us and made us feel very special.

Waited 90 min to be served lunch. Multiple things forgotten. Server never checked on us. Not typical for Earls, but disappointing today.

We celebrated my daughter's high school graduation at Earls in the Pru. We arrived approximately 35 minutes early and was seated right away. Our server whose name I believe was Nathan A (at least on the receipt it says that) approached us right away asking if we wanted water and then took our drink order. Service throughout the meal was great and Nathan seemed very knowledgeable as to the menu. We started out with appetizers and our guests seemed to really enjoy those. We had a very mix of entrees and again everybody seemed to enjoy. Next were the desserts and my daughter was disappointed that the Creme Brule was removed from the menu and replaced with Creme Brule Cheesecake which she shared with two of her friends. I order the sticky toffee pudding and once she saw that and tasted it she wanted one of those. I would usually say no but it was her graduation and her cheesecake did get eaten so I left her. We were also sent over a mocktail sample of the Coconut Mango Cooler to cheer her graduation. We had a great day at graduation and made better by the service and meal at Earls Prudential.
