They should have warned us they were not serving alcohol to out of state IDs when we made the reservation. The manager and waiter were rude when dealing with this. Then, as we were grabbing the check to go to another establishment that would serve us, I take a sip of water only to discover a FINGER NAIL in the cup that ended up in my mouth. No, it was not mine! Never going back.
Nice place for lunch with diverse menu. Easy access in the Prudential with plenty of parking. The burger was good. The clam chowder was a bit different with tomatoes and celery and on the thin side. Service was great. Would definitely go back again.
I love Earl’s and was excited to show it to my friend from out of town. We finally got a booking and when we sat down we were informed they were only accepting passports and MA IDs. It’s unfortunate to inform us this as we sit down and not earlier, it really dampened the experience. Our server was still really great and food was good as always.
Food was pretty good- not anything to quite impress you but tasted pretty good.. the restaurant itself was fantastic and definitely worth dining in at.
My boyfriend and I went for Valentine’s Day and the food and drinks were amazing! Our waitress was awesome as well! We definitely will be returning.
Food is very fresh and delicious. Menu changes all the time so expect new dishes.
Loved the late night music made things fun, food was grewt and loves the ambiance
We enjoyed the food, a lot of veggie options for us. The service was good. Overall an amazing experience.
Everything is alway good at Earls! It was a first time for some of my friends and they all enjoyed! They will also be back! The food is always good and fresh. A good time was had by all.
Food was great. Waitress was lovely. Ladies room is very cool - decor
The food was decent, not blockbuster. The place does have a really nice feel to it, it was quite busy on a Sunday brunch, food arrived in a reasonable amount of time and was hot. The waitress was professional and friendly , just needed to lay back on the up-selling, she started to come across as desperate, having worked in many restaurants I got the impression there may have been some type of up-selling contest going on. Otherwise a decent place for a Sunday brunch, we will return, maybe for dinner or some after work drinks.
The have since changed their happy hour brunch menu, which makes it a little less fun to be able to go there on the weekends for some "happy hour brunch" as the prices have raised!
Lauren Rodrigues is the best :) drinks are amazing :) thank you!
Our server was very pushy and asked us to “clear out” mid conversation. I understand that it was a busy night and they wanted a high turnover but the way she phrased it was a little uncomfortable
The waiter forgot to order our dinner and when asked he tried to apologize but it was two late to eat so we left the restaurant without dinner only had appetizer and dessert
Your sushi is amazing, and the ambiance is perfect for all dining arrangements!
Service was, unlike past visits to the bar area, abysmal. We were seated early, and were grateful for that. However, it took nearly 15 minutes for our server to actually greet us after being seated. A neighboring server came up to us after about 10 minutes, asking us if we’d been helped yet, which suggested to us that we’d simply been forgotten about. We received minimal attention from our server— little past “what would you like?” and only being asked “still or sparkling?” for water. We were surprised to find a $7 bottled water sitting in front of us. We ordered drinks and food at the same time, received our food, and didn’t see our server again until the check arrived... without even so much as a short “thank you for coming”. Disappointing experience, but great brunch food.
Fun atmosphere and absolutely delicious food. This is a Boston hot spot in the Prudential Center that attracts young professionals.
The food was excellent, however a little loud as it was extremely busy. The server as a result was also busy and as a result a little slower than I would have hoped. But overall a great experience and will definitely be back.
I had the ribs. Very tasty and fell off the bone.
Rudest server ever!
The atmosphere was great, and the food was even better. Our waitress was very knowledgeable about the menu. The food is a little pricey, but worth it!
The food overall was much better this time than last week on 12/28/19. We had the brunch menu so it was a different type of food than last time. Overall, the brunch menu on Sundays until 3:00pm is quite good and reasonably priced.
We ordered fried chicken sliders as an appetizer - they were awful. The meat inside was pink and chewy - very uncooked. We sent them back and they brought us new ones that were equally under cooked. It made me sick to my stomach that I lost my appetite. We then got a burger and the avocado super smash which were good not great. I will say our waitress was amazing and very nice throughout the whole problem.
We had excellent customer service. We arrived a couple minutes early and were seated promptly at arrival. Drinks and food were amazing!
Appetizers were great, but our entrees were subpar.
The roasted cauliflower salad with lemon tarragon dressing was delicious!
Great customer service. The kitchen got my order wrong. Within minutes the manager came over to Apologize and there was a new meal at my table almost immediately. The food was very good.
Went here for NYE and couldn’t be more pleased with the quality of service, food, and seating. Always love coming here for happy hour drinks and bites with my boyfriend! Will be back again soon!
We had a small group of 5 for New Year’s Eve and it was perfect. For a major holiday and with the size of our group the bill was very reasonable and the food and drinks were great. I would definitely recommend this place for groups.
Cameron our waitstaff was amazing
The food was excellent
We have visited Earl’s in Whistler Canada many times and it is our favourite restaurant there. We had very high hopes for Earl’s in Boston and were not disappointed. Their BBQ ribs with warm potato salad and coleslaw were equally as good and this dining experience was the best of our holiday in Boston
Gone downhill from my previous visits!! It was better earlier but not great this time
This is a really chic restaurant. They have a heated patio during the winter and it was great. The drinks are ok, the food was not impressive and the service was pleasant. Overall it's a fun place to have drinks with friends.
Got seated on patio as requested (good) but heat could not be felt (not so good) so was cold the whole time!
This was the 4th time at this restaurant and my least favorite of the 4. Previously, the food very good, but this time it was fair at best. The portions seem to be getting smaller for the same price (sea bass and salmon) and the clam chowder should not be called "clam chowder" as there are little claims, a lot of carrots and celery as a filler and a watery broth and not much taste. My wife's burger for $16 was blah but my youngest son loves the place as he is a Vegan and Earl's has an extensive Vegan menu. Overall the menu is varied enough that most people will find something they will like.
Eat here frequently. Never had a bad meal.
Service was phenomenal and the food as usual did not disappoint. Value, especially for the bottle of wine we ordered was extremely good as well. Wish there were more Earl’s in the U.S.
Food was not the best, but was served promptly and efficiently. The tables are uncomfortable and the room noisey. It is OK for a quick bite but not worth an extraordinary effort.
Great food and drinks in a vibrant atmosphere
