The food was terrible at Earls the salmon was like a rock the service was awful . I had to ask for lemon three times by the time it finally came I was done with my meal. We had to ask for water over and over again andthey were not attentive at all and I actually had to go up to the service desk to pay my bill because the waiter just disappeared and never came to ask if we needed anything or how the meal was. I would not recommend this establishment at all there are many many other great places in Boston to eat do not waste your time going here
Really good food and a great waiter. We will definitely be going back.
We were so looking forward to dining at Earl's Kitchen and Bar at the Pru. Food was good. We really wanted to try the Buffalo Cauliflower appetizer, however, the waittress explained that they were out of it, at 1:30 pm. We then decided on the Sushi Dynamite Roll, which was good. For the main meal, I wanted to try the Beef Bimbimbap, although, that too was unavailable to order. I had the chicken street tacos - they were pretty good. The main reason I wouldn't recommend this restaurant was because they did not have all the menu items available, at lunch service.
Go great! Love it here always.
Very unassuming from their mall entrance, you go upstairs to a large, beautifully-decorated room with large booths and tables. The outdoor deck is just as impressive, with lush greenery surrounding the area. I had the half order of ribs, which was a large portion. The ribs had virtually no fat and the meat was falling off the bone. The barbeque sauce was tangy and flavorful. The hot potato salad with strips of crispy bacon was the perfect accompaniment. The coleslaw was a little heavy for my liking. The service was excellent. Chris did a great job of explaining items on the menu and was very attentive. It is very busy so reservations are recommended. Great restaurant!
Best impossible burger I ever had, delicious food and cocktails, very nice attentive waitress.
Went with a couple of friends, we all had an amazing time. The $10 brunch is such a good deal!
I wanted to do a same day reservation online and had a party of 6. Booking online only allowed me to reserve for 5 people and should call the restaurant. I called and the host said they didn't take same day reservations and should show up to see how long the wait is for walk ins. Not the most pleased with this response.
Great place for a business lunch. My chowder and salad was excellent and my associate loved his impossible burger. Staff when out of their way to provide additional toppings. Found the location of our table to be very loud (across from the kitchen) which made carrying on a discussion more difficult (have also sat in the patio which was much better). Came to lunch on crutches and found the floor to be very slippery. Perhaps some floor covering in this area would help with noice and provide better traction.
Love the ambiance and the service. Lots of fun and what a great place to go with friends and family!
Always love the roofdeck dining experience.
Brunch Happy Hour has great meals at reasonable price but beware seats fill fast so make a reservation.
Try the iced coffee it’s really good.
Very poor drink (martini) quality. Maybe bartender first time making one? Picture served warm and half glass with proportions all off.
I love the plant-based portion of the menu - thank yoU!
I noticed others commenting on the hostess responsiveness. We had a similar issue - not recognized after being sent upstairs to the 2nd hostess station - glad I was aware to be forward in stating our reservation and wanting to be seated - still a good 10 minutes.... with a reservation of course.
Earl’s is easy to find inside the Prudential Center. It serves up tasty salads and has an ample microbrew draft selection. Considering the location, the prices are reasonable. The service was efficient on busy evening.
Food and drinks were good, atmosphere was great, service was outstanding. Will definitely return.
Hostesses were great especially Paige
Always consistent with food and service.
Food delicious as usual. One thing to improve is the availability of wine bottles that are printed in the menu!
We were seated on the patio and found this pleasantly much quieter than the dining room. Perfect for good conversation.
Food was good, but I thought my friend’s burger order was skimpy compared to my power bowl. Only a few fries for a side.
We loved the food and drinks. The rating is high for food, drinks, and management staff. However, a lot of work is needed in service. We had to wait 20 minutes for our waiter to come over just to order drinks and ask for water. We also put in an app order. 40 minutes later we were still waiting for our app order of a dragon roll. This poor service continued. When I ordered my entree of chicken tacos I asked for no onions as I have an onion allergy, but when the waiter brought the over they each had picked red onions on them. I removed them and lucky I did not experience a reaction. I will add a lot of credit goes to the management and hostess staff as they helped quite a bit with this difficult service situation!!!
Great food and atmosphere but a bit loud at times for conversation.
Good food but very noisy! The noise level calmed down as the evening went on but at first we could barely hear each other speak. Cocktails were fantastic though and the menu is large enough for everyone to find something that they like.
Well, we certainly came at the wrong time on the wrong day but overall a great experience. When we arrived, we had to wait fifteen or so minutes after our reservation time to be seated. The majority of the restaurant was booked out for a private event that the staff were still setting up for.
Steak was absolutely fantastic! Would recommend the sirloin for sure.
Love the atmosphere, can't wait to try the rooftop!
The waitress was very good
Stephanie was a great waitress!
Consistent yummy food and great service. Always fun!
We had a great brunch sitting upstairs on the patio. It was lovely and Tyler our server was awesome.
Food was good, not great.
Great Happy Hour and delicious food.
Perfect place for a lunch with family & friends. The menu has something for everyone, and the staff was helpful & friendly. Great vibe to the place.
You really need to fix the reservation/Check-in procedures, especially at lunch/dinner change over. We had a reservation at 6, showed up five minutes early, checked-in 3 times, got seated at 6:15, and I suspect only because I “hovered” by the upstairs hostess stand. Everything after that was really good, albeit taking a bit longer than normal due to being packed.
Earl’s is always steady. I go often. Good food, crowd, service. Eric, our waiter was fantastic!
Great brunch, the Palomas are delicious!
We had a great brunch outdoors!
Outdoor seating was great!
Have been there several times— it is our high energy, hipster GO TO!! Love the food and space!!
Everything was great accept service— took way too long to get out appetizers and drinks throughout our evening and took forever to get our check and be able to leave.
I have been to this location before and the food is consistently delicious. I did not finish my meal and asked for a to go box. When I opened the box later to eat it I found a piece of gum in the food.
