Food was amazing. The scenery was beautiful. The waitresses are very interactive
The food was good. We had reservations but we still had to wait 15 mins which was fine. The drinks were good. sushi was great. The food we got was good. they have all sorts of food from sushi to korean bibimbap. our server was super attentive and always filling our waters. It's a great place to get drinks with friends.
Phenomenal service and excellent drinks and food. Will definitely dine again
A wonderful experience! The food was all around delicious, as well as timely delivered. Our waitress was fun and enthusiastic, and was always nearby to refill our drinks or take our orders. The music was just loud enough to enjoy but not loud enough to be overbearing, and the atmosphere created was fantastic. We will definitely be returning as soon as we can!
Absolutely amazing service and food. Love coming in with my friends for a nice night out!
The service was slow and we had several issues with paying for the check - the waiter had incorrectly charged a friend and held us up for an additional 15 minutes, after being slow to bring the checks over. I'm not sure if the bar is sorely under staffed, but the bar did not seem overly busy when I we were present.
The food and ambience were excellent as usual but we our server was extremely cold, appeared to be quite miserable, very unfriendly and they soured our experience.
Great time comfortable and delicious! Went mid afternoon and it began to get very busy in the evening. Sweet waitress and funky decor We will definitely come back again!
Good food, always a bit loud, though. Nice that they have the option to sample drinks.
Lovely brunch experience - will definitely be back.
This is the second time I've been to Earl's. The first experience was awful, but I decided to give them a second chance. I won't be going back.
I had essentially the same experience both times. My party was seated quickly, someone came over to pour us some water, and then we waited and waited for our server. Finally someone came over and took our drink and appetizer order. Our appetizer came out after about 10 minutes, and we sat waiting for our drinks for about 20 mins (we didn't get anything complicated either - just some glasses of wine). We were going to order dinner, but our server was nowhere to be found. After another 20 minutes or so, someone else came over and said she'd be replacing our original waitress - at that point, we just asked for the check and had dinner somewhere else.
For the prices that they charge, the food is not great. With all the other restaurants in the Prudential area, my advice is to choose somewhere else.
Nice place, the service was good, high energy. Great vegetarian and vegan options.
Food and service were both great!
Entree served without featured item - the chicken and a rice bowl. Thought it was missing and asked after I had finished it. Manager apologized and reduced the bill by one dollar. Really?
Great food, service, restaurant
Dirty table, crumb ridden seats and sitting next to the server station meant we heard all the drama. NOT the meal experience we expected.
Went to Earl’s for my birthday with family.
One meal had an allergen in it after identifying a food allergy, another meal was done incorrectly. Additionally, it was very difficult
To get the server’s attention. She said she was “ very very busy”.
Not a great experience .
We will return, but probably for happy hour. It was noisy upstairs. Lots of stairs. Had to ask about elevator. Hostess should look have enough common sense that people in 70s may want option for elevator and ask first. But overall it was good. And with validation from restaurant, parking for 5 hours at 20$ not 40$, so yay.
Good value for Boston and a varied menu satisfied everyone in our party.
Had chicken tacos. Two tiny pieces of chicken. Ridiculous. Won’t ever go back
Amazing location, well appointed restaurant with friendly staff and superior cuisine. Highly recommended and will definitely be back!
Bar and wait staff were extremely nice and accommodating. Food was amazing, and fast service as well.
Celebrating friends engagement, drinks were great and food came out in a very timely manner
The hostess stations were a little disorganized. The table given to us was in the bar (hi top) vs restaurant so it was very loud. Servers in general were underwhelming.
Food was very good.
We enjoyed the ambiance and the really good food. Many choices from cheap to very expensive but it was worth the money
We had a very enjoyable lunch. The food was very well prepared and the service was excellent.
Our server Jacqueline was outstanding in every way. Great brunch - we will be back!
Love this restaurant. Food and service are great. Nice interior. Only down fall is that it can be really loud. It gets hard to have a conversation.
Fun place to go within the Prudential Center - especially on a rainy night (no travel outdoors if staying at hotel connect via the walk way)! The space is fun and entertaining with respect to very busy and lots of people to watch in the bar spaces. The noise level is loud with the hard surfaces, but our table was small enough to allow for conversation. Menu gives a wide range of options from vegetarian to sushi to steaks to burgers to seafood. The monthly drink special of a $5 Moscow Mule was a hit for our table (along with others nearby too). We will be back on future business travel.
The energetic vibe and comfortable booth was the beginning of our great experience. The mixed drinks and food were excellent. The best part of our experience was our waiter - Michael. He was terrific!
C’est très bon- la nourriture, la service, et les boissons- tout les choses sont délicieux.
Outstanding service. We were a group of four friends who just wanted to catch up and have a great time during happy hour. We got drinks and several appetizers for a very valuable price and both our server and managers were super accommodating. 10/10 would recommend, and will definitely be back!!
I usually really like Earls for after work drinks and dinner with friends, but the quality of food this time was definitely quite sub-par.
Upon entering, the gorgeous modern decor really set the mood for a special night out. The unique and varied menu featured everything from steak to sushi and tacos. I was happy to see healthy options with a variety of interesting salads and protein bowls. The food was delicious! Our server was extra friendly and quick to rectify a billing error with an extra discount. I would recommend Earls to anyone looking for a fun and trendy restaurant close to shops downtown.
The food was terrific. The waitress was a bit intrusive. There were open tables so there was not need to push us out.
Always enjoy Earl's!!! The service was great, food was good (sushi platter) and very fresh!
Food was fine but nothing special. As a result, prices seemed high. The special mule drinks for $5 were great—a Jan special. We were there with friends and the noise level is high so it was difficult to have a conversation. Won’t rush back but it was worth a try.
My boyfriend and I were there for out 21 monthsary, and also for the $10 brunch. I enjoyed my avocado toast, it was a good amount and felt pretty good/healthy after eating it. My boyfriend got steak and eggs but he didn't really like his because the steak wasn't warm. The toast was burnt but soggy. There were too many potatoes and the scrambled eggs were OK. Our waitress was sweet and attentive.
This is my first time eating at earls and it won’t be my last. The food and drinks were fantastic for an foodie lovers. Only thing I wasn’t pleased about was the open table reservation system because it booked everything military time. Though the matradee explained to me because the company Canadian based that is why their open table use the military system. Which I don’t think it should apply to the us based customer. Anyway I was glad the manager was able to understand and accommodate me and my friend.
