   Visiting Seattle from California for a Bachelorette party, and previous plans had fallen through Earls had surpassed our expectations. When arriving, parking was a breeze as the parking garage was within a small walking distance and was free. We arrived early and we were seated promptly by a friendly waitress, she quickly took our drink order and they were delicious. The seafood platter was absolutely perfect. All the food served was delicious, and there were no complaints.

   We were seated shortly after arrival. Our waitress was very nice and helpful in recommendations. The food was delicious. We were not rushed. The restaurant was slightly louder than I expected it to be, however, there were several large groups at the time we were eating. And, the food took a little bit longer to get to us than in previous times I've eaten there, however, there were several large groups. Overall, it was delicious and we were very pleased with our meal.

   We waited for over 30 minutes without anyone checking in on our table. Finally we managed to flag someone over who said we had been seated in a section that was not assigned to a server ! ???

   I like Earls Kitchen and +Bar in general. To be fair I was late for my reservation due to traffic and they still seated us right away. With that said, I was disappointed that service was a little slow since they were so busy and I couldn't get "brunch" which is really what I wanted. I was also disappointed that they were out of the dish I ultimately did decide to order and I had to get a substitute which was just "ok". The waitress was great and did what she could to make it right but overall I was a little disappointed in the total experience.

   The food was excellent. Selections were good. Service was spotty; when we got service, it was good. Don't know if they were understaffed? Had to confirm 3 times -- by text & phone that I would be there. It was explained that one system didn't update very well, etc. Maybe just use one system that does? The noise level was high. Music was too loud and voices carried in the space. My ears were ringing after the meal!

   Our waiter was great and our food was fantastic!!!! Everyone enjoyed our girls lunch to catch up and enjoy some time away from the office. The only issue we had was with our reservation and special instructions. We arrived on time and were asked to wait because another party had just been sat in our section. This was seating someone just in front of us with no reservation. I had specifically asked for a table in the reservation and we were walked to a booth. I explained the request to the host that we had asked for a table, he walked us to a second booth and asked if this would work? On the third attempt he was able to sit us at a table. I was a little confused as to why you ask for details on the reservation and not follow up on them or even acknowledge them.

    The restaurant was nice with a nice ambiance. We had a nice booth tucked away in the corner, and we had a full view of the TVs. Really enjoyed that part as we watched the basketball game. Our waitess was mediocre. She was friendly but rarely came back to our table. For me my rating is really about the food. We ordered the dry rub ribs that tasted more like over cooked chicken wings. There was very little meat, and what was on there was hard and crispy. We even asked for a side of BBQ sauce to give it some moisture, but it didn't help. Avoid the ribs. Secondly, the hostess and waitress recommend the Truffle Tortellini that is on the Chef's Choice list and is apparently one of the popular items. The first bite I took tasted like frozen pasta. The stuffing that was supposed to be ricotta and spinach was barely there. The truffle sauce had no taste to it. I would not recommend those two items at all. I only at a few bites and couldn't do anymore. When the waitress came, she didn't ask how the meal she recommended was or if I liked it. She did ask how I like my food, and all I said was its alright so she grabbed the plate and went on her way. My husband ordered the peppercorn steak. That had a good flavor. However, we asked for medium rare and got half medium rare, half rare. He added the garlic mash potatoes and seasonal vegetables for his side. Those 2 items were the highlight of our meal. I'm not one to send food back, I just never go back again.

    We made reservations 2 weeks in advance for a party of 6 and they still said they had no large tables available when we arrived. They first tried to seat us at a booth for four with two additional chairs in the walkway, then moved us to an even smaller table claiming that it was actually for more people. The food was good but they didn’t care whether we were comfortable. Don’t think we’ll go back…

    I made last minute reservations for me and my brother. Upon arrival we were greeted in a timely manner. We did not have to wait to be seated. Our server was amazing he knew the menu very well and made a few suggestions. I ended up getting the salmon over white rice veggies and I added a lobster tail. I order a lemon drop martini with my vodka choice being Grey Goose!!! The food came in good time even though the restaurant was extremely busy. Food was hot and delicious. Drinks amazing !! I can’t wait for another EARL’S NIGHT OUT !!!!

    I was really excited to try Earls for my birthday and was sadly, EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. Never written a negative review before, but this was too terrible to not. We came at 12pm on Sunday, just TWO hours after opening, and they had essentially NONE of their vegetarian options left. This was a huge problem as most of my party was vegetarian and that's why chose to come here, some coming from far away. Our server took one person's drink order and then left and we had to call them back to order everyone else's?? We struggle through ordering our entrees because our server didn't say what was/wasn't available so it was a guessing game. We end up getting our food even before we get our drinks. Because they were out of everything - we got a bowl with rice, 5 thin slices of a cucumber, and maybe 1/8 of an avocado - for almost $20. No viable replacements or discounts to the price, not to mention the discounts/happy hours feel misleading. After all this very obvious struggle and it being my birthday, I was really surprised when our dessert still charged and the server seemed to want more than the 20% tip. Extremely upsetting for it not only being a special occasion and pretty much everything went wrong, but because I was really excited to try some of their food. Was looking forward all month for this - really ridiculous.

    We had a great experience by when we first walked in and greeted by the friendly host. Then we were taking to our table which was in a great location in the facility. Then our server Skyler came over and she was a joy. She was amazing and her service was outstanding, excellent, she was very kind. Will definitely be doing again and asking to sit in Skylar’s section.

    Understandably put on the family side of the restaurant but it wasn’t particularly atmospheric over there. Service was great but Earls really does think it’s a lot more high end than it actually is. The prices for what you get are getting a bit silly. Sushi rolls have changed and not in a good way and they are a rip off

    Our waitress was awesome in service and interactions. We split two dishes and enjoyed the combo immensely (baby back ribs and sushi). The table was located in a quite area and we loved the ambience.

    Superb service, beautiful setting, sub-par food. Street corn avocado was good but both salmon entrees were dry. Wish it was local salmon and not Atlantic salmon especially in the PNW. Broccolini had a fuel taste. I’m not normally picky either. Don’t know if we will return.

    Our whole experience was good except I was annoyed to find out that the 20% gratuity that the restaurant added on for a part of 6 or more did not go to our server in its entirety. The server only gets half of that which then made us feel like we need to tip even more.
