Great food, even better service. The ladies there are always super nice and made us feel welcome.
Happy hour menu is worth it. Service was good. However it was really noisy. The feel of the place is nice, but it was hard for my mom and I to hear each other across the table.
Service was poor, we never got asked how our meal was, our appetizers and entrees came out at the same time so we had no room for any of our food. Our drinks didn’t come until half way through our meal.
Great experience as usual when we go. Always a great time.

My husband and I had a great time and got a nice space by the fireplace. I heard that they were short staffed, but the host and waiter stayed cool and professional.
It was a pretty nice night the only thing was that the DJ was setting up right next to our table and had to reach around us to run cables knocking things off our table and onto my lap. I think that if they have a DJ setting up that those tables shouldn't be in use for customers.
The staff sat us immediately and continuously checked in throughout the meal!
Delicious food. Only wish that the cost would be adjusted from Canadian prices, as we pay the same amount at Earl's when we go to Canada, but with the exchange rate, it actually costs us 75% of the amount when we go to Canada as opposed to going to the one in Bellevue close to our house.
Food quality has gone down hill over the years.

On our previous visit, we were there at an earlier time and did not sit in the bar area. To our disappointment, the noise level was too high and we left earlier than planned.
Our experience was amazing because we had the best server (Mary). She was amazing, always stopped by our table to make sure everything was to our liking. Definitely will be recommending to friends.
Weekend brunch is a very good deal during their Happy Hour. Food was good, but chef really liked black pepper. Not a problem for me, but others were less enthused. Our server was delightful and attentive, but had to apologize twice for items on menu that weren’t actually in the kitchen that morning.
The food was good but the menu is not a huge plus point as they seem to be serving the basics.

We were seated over by the fire, ambiance was perfect for date night. Our waiter was excellent and the food delicious. Definitely would recommend Earls.

It was a great experience and especially for a double date. Always enjoy coming here with all my friends. Food was great but took a while to get to our table and some of our orders were wrong. At the end of the it our servers got our checks wrong with extra charges we didn’t even ask for. When we notified him he fixed them right away.
Saturday night was like a singles meat market club with a restaurant in it. Excruciatingly loud club music dominated all. Dinner conversation was almost impossible. Food was good, but slightly overpriced for what you got. If I had known this I would have chosen a different place. Not the atmosphere I was looking for.
Overall decent experience. Food is always good, yet the service was lacking on this visit. The one thing that bothers me is that I made my reservation on Open Table, yet after dining I get an email saying I didn’t show up. I really think the restaurant pays a fee to accept the reservation and they don’t pay the fee if you’re a no show.
In my case they seat us and claim we didn’t show. Seems like a scam

Our server took 20+ minutes to initially visit our table. Encounter with the manager made us feel as though we were not welcome

Had perfect window seat to watch snowflake lane parade. I had cajun salmon and my friend had butter chicken. So good.

Server (Jet) was superb - extremely polite and accommodating. Couldn’t ask for a better server.
Restrooms were not to Standard(Locks not working, no soap in Men’s restroom.

We really enjoyed the comfy chairs by the fireplace. Food and service were excellent. I had the blackened chicken and my wife had the California burger. Both were great.

We ordered burgers and waited for a looong time. My daughter was so hungry for waiting so long.
It is our first visit to Earls Kitchen. Very disappointed about the service. The waiter was so busy and it was hard to find him to ask about when we could get our food.

It was a birthday. I mentioned it on the app and when the reservation was confirmed over the phone. The gap between appetizer and main course was too long. The waitress was nice but a little too casual on how she addressed her customers. Lots of other choices out there Earl!
Made a reservation and was seated on time, no menus. Waited for about 7 mins, and finally stopped a server, Levi, and asked them to be our waiter since no one even acknowledged we were sitting down. He arranged for water and menus within 10 mins or so. Took our orders. Appys arrived as expected and were good. He asked me about the dressing for my salad when he was delivering our dinner order, ok, never asked me for a second drink, and never delivered the soda waters we did actually get to order, but he tried to charge us for them. My food was mediocre but everyone else seemed to like theirs at our table. #fail
We are regulars. Honestly, we come here for our regular server, Edwin.
The other servers like Nadia, Erica are very nice as well. But Edwin (and previously Jessica) is who we request.
The Happy Hour menu changed which is kind of a bummer.
Please bring back the dry ribs.
The food was mediocre. Our server asked if we would like some bread, we said yes. She charged us for it. I haven't been tricked into "ordering" bread for a long time. I thought that was old school sneakiness. I don't care about the price of the bread, but it was misleading and tacky.
