   Stopped in for an early dinner with my better half. Food, service, sitting area, etc was all 5/5. Our server Hash was amazing and we couldn’t have asked for someone better. We will be back again!

   Service was terrible - extremely slow. It took an hour for the waitress to take our second drink order and our waters were never filled etc. Terrible and slow service.

   Disapointment started minutes after being seated. Ten minutes after being seated no one had yet stopped at our table. We had to ask the hostess for water. This was sign #1 that this was not going to be a good experience. Our server finally appeared and we were able to get drinks and an appetizer ordered. Success with the drinks and calamari. We are now 25min in and our mains were ordered prior to the appetizer arriving. After 45min our server stopped by and asked if we needed anything and said it would not be long. We'll, it was a long time. Sixty five minutes after being seated we still did not have our meals and the five of us left. I did speak with the shift manager and informed him of our experience. No, there was nothing he could have done to correct the experience. I was more upset with being put in the position that we had to do this. It was our only way to protest and demonstrate our dissatisfaction. Besides, we had three hungry kids who even noticed that three other tables right next to us had arrived after we did, and all had received their meals. Not sure I'll ever return to Earl's in Banff.

   We thought we would try Earl’s as it has been awhile and wanted a change from Park Distillery. A cobb salad was ordered with chicken, and double avocado to replace the egg, came with no chicken and regular amount of avocado. Waitress offered to bring a new salad but could have just brought the missing items so she didn’t end up sitting there while we ate. I had the bacon cheeseburger with no bun and greens with dressing on the side. Came with the dressing on it and for a $4 up charge from fries I would expect more than a small bowl of lettuce and a few croutons. $30.75 is expensive for what I got. The salad was taken off the bill but when you go out you would prefer to have what you ordered rather than a free meal of what you didn’t order. I hope the tourists that we told it was a good place to eat enjoyed their meal.

   Loved Earls. Went to the one in Calgary and also Banff. Great menu, great food and wonderful service. Lovely atmosphere. Highly recommend

   Earls is always a choice for our family. You are always going to get decent food. Thought it took a longer than expected time to receive our food spec with 2 younger kids. Prices are higher than expected.

   Wanted a bit of a more romantic experience on Valentine’s Day but the food and drinks made up for the loud noisy environment!!

   Our server jack was awesome, absolute gentleman. The bartender was on point, our white peach bourbon sours were one of the best sours I’ve ever had. The kitchen was amazing as well, my steak was seared, so crispy, and rare as requested. Tortellini was so flavourful, and the pizza was wood fired to perfection. Great job everyone!

    Matt was an excellent server and had great suggestions which we loved - happy hour food was great. Also amazing Alfredo pasta. Great atmosphere too. Will definitely be back. Thanks!
