    Initial service was very slow, servers seemed confused, preferred to stand around the register rather than engage with customers- we never actually got to meet our server until he came with the cheque! Staff need better training and management

    May 22 - Thelma at reception and Taryn and Emma in the dining room were excellent, as always! The Cobb Salad was great! Thank you all for your hospitality! May 24 - I had the Oven Roasted Salmon with feta caper aioli which was very good! Thelma and Ava at reception were super efficient and Maddie (M), Arian and Aria in the dining room were excellent! What a great team you have at Earls! Thank you all for your hospitality! May 26 - Mairen at reception and Ali and Aden in the dining room were very helpful. It was good of Katie and Simon to pass by and say heThe Cajun Chicken was excellent! Thank you allfor your hospitality!

    It was a great lunch. Food was fantastic and our server was very much in tuned with our needs and didn’t interrupt all the time. We had a great time.
