I have been going to Earl‘s for years and this particular location since it opened a few years ago. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. The server had to be reminded to bring us some water, cutlery, salt, and pepper, and a container to keep our wine chilled. The prices of everything has gone up, and the size of the meals has gone down. The same steak and sushi I used to get for $34 is now a 4 ounce steak instead of 6 ounce. The dynamite roll which was very good is now a California roll. They used to have wasabi with it, but you can’t get that anymore. The bigger better burger is now a tiny frozen burger for $22. This will be our last visit to this restaurant. We complained to management who agreed with all the things that we said. She was at least kind enough to take the burger off of my bill as it wasn’t eaten at all as it was inedible. It’s sad to see such a great restaurant now become a complete rip off.

Went to Earls last night, it was just okay. I had reserved a high-top table but ended up being seated at a low lounge table right beside a loud birthday party, not ideal. The atmosphere felt a bit off, and I couldn’t help but notice the change in management. The new manager doesn’t quite have the same touch Aladin had. Things felt less organized and less welcoming. Not a terrible experience, but definitely not what I was expecting.

Meals and cocktails were delicious as always. Waitress was excellent and took great care of our table. We were celebrating my engagement and she went the extra mile to end our meal with champagne and dessert on the house which was very much appreciated! Wish I caught her name because she made the experience A+.

Excellent experience. Both my wife and I remarked that it was the best Chicken Hunan Kung Pao we've ever had. (Our favorite meal there.)

We had a great experience at Earls. The service was SO fast! We did not have to wait long for our drinks, and the waitress ensured our appetizer was timed to not come out with our main course. Our food was cooked perfectly. The kitchen even provided us with a free dessert as we were celebrating a recent promotion. We cannot wait to return!
