I don't know anyone who doesn't love the pasta night which makes it's easy to get friends together.

Absolutely fantastic food, great service, attentive staff. Had the degustation menu and everything tasted superb. Next time I will wear a thicker jumper as it was rather cold on a chilly Christchurch evening. Menu is compact but wonderfully varied.

Our first time dining at Earl. Greeted by friendly staff, enjoyed the ambience, good food but service wasn’t met with expectations. Staff weren’t attentive enough as we had to ask for water refill and waited a while for a dessert menu but in the end had to flag a staff down to get one. Overall impression, just mediocre.

Autumn Tasting Menu was outstanding! Took my husband for a surprise and could not fault it in any way! Love Earl and everything about it!

We had a lovely Autumnal lunch at Earl. The food was delicious, especially the perfectly cooked fish. The service was friendly and attentive. The decor was refined and calm. I have recommended Earl to friends.

The food was amazing - so good! Service was lovely but a little slow but not enough to put us off coming back as everything else was outstanding

My sister and I took our mum for a Mother’s Day celebration- we loved it. Highly recommend - staff, food, drinks were all excellent. Beautiful presentation of food and restaurant was nice and light. Lovely to see open kitchen also.

Amazing dining experience. Lovely waiter staff and host. Very lovely atmosphere and not too busy. Very high class looking and cool to see into the kitchen from almost all angles of the restaurant. Food was delicious and with very high quality ingredients. Overall, wonderful experience, especially for mother's Day.
