E3 chophouse was great. I had the salmon and was not completely impressed for the amount of money I paid for it. Otherwise, the service was amazing. Our server was very knowledgeable about the food and the company owner history.
Everything about this place was great…one of the best filet minions I’ve ever had! So tender…service was great too.

If I could give them a 2.5, I would. I booked this reservation several weeks in advance for my partner’s birthday. We were so excited. The hostess and server were kind and hospitable. We were seated in a lovely corner booth. The apps were tasty. Then came the major issue — our entree took well over an hour to arrive. The two men in blue suits who I presume were management came up to our table on separate occasions to let us know the food would be coming out shortly. They explained they had a large party on the roof top and were running behind. We said it was alright.. until an hour passed, and we were full off of our appetizers! So disappointing. My partner barely ate his steak, and I could only manage a couple of bites of my seafood pasta. He made steak and eggs for breakfast, but the pasta did not keep very well. The communication from management was appreciated, but we did not intend on spending nearly 3 hours at dinner for 2 — certainly not for $380. I don’t know how they overbooked to that extent.
Everything was wonderful but our waitress was just not very good. She had no interest in explaining anything and when asked about gluten free items, she tried to tell us her opinion, instead of checking with the chef or bartender as we asked. One diner has a serious gluten allergy and the waitress was very flippant about our questions and concerns. It was not acceptable.
The service was impeccable and the food was outstanding! I am definitely going back.

This was a special occasion for my boyfriend’s birthday and our first time being there. We loved the atmosphere and our server Steve couldn’t have been better. Unfortunately the food we received and the manger’s response to it was extremely curt and somewhat off putting. Our seafood tower, filet and sides were good but my boyfriend’s tomahawk pork was absolutely raw..and I mean raw and not at all edible. Unfortunately my boyfriend lost his appetite and did not order anything else nor share in my dinner. Steve saw the plate and immediately took it back in agreement that it was raw. The manger came over and curtly stated that is how they cook it and she spoke to the chef who also confirmed that is how it supposed to be cooked. She rudely walked away with no apology. Steve our server absolutely agreed that pork should never be cooked nor served that way and someone could have been very sick of it was eaten. He graciously took it off our bill. He was a great server all around and we really appreciated it after that experience

Our servers were fantastic! Food was good - we loved everything except our steak, unfortunately. Well cooked but both seemed to have a slightly chemical flavor. The sides were fantastic and so was the salmon.

Had a great meal and even better service. We were a party of four and had a great time. The service was amazing. My wife ordered the Mahi Mahi and it came to the table undercooked. We let the waiter know and he offered to fix it immediately, then the manager came over to apologize and offer to remove it from the bill, and then the Chef came out to apologize. It was so above and beyond and appreciated. I cannot recommend this place enough. Oh and their side dishes are amazing!
I am ALWAYS disappointed that Nashville’s higher end steakhouses don’t have a stricter dress code. Wife loves to dress up for a date night-in this case an anniversary dinner- so I will wear at minimum a sports coat. Only to see a couple that looks like they just left a local flea market or a guy wearing a baseball cap-forward or reverse. Disappointing.

Although you could tell the staff was busy and short-staffed, we had the most incredible experience. Service was great, food was outstanding, and the atmosphere on the rooftop was just what I wanted. We did move downstairs to the dining room for dinner, but I think I might’ve preferred to stay simply because the weather was nice. We will definitely be back!
