Through their common interest in Buck Commander, which is filmed at E3 Ranch, the team became friends and ultimately shared meals at E3 Chophouse in Steamboat Springs. This led to discussions about - and ultimately plans for - an E3 Chophouse in Nashville.
E3 steaks are the highlight of the menu, steaks come from cattle raised on the family ranch and other E3 certified ranches. They are hand cut in house and made to order. These all-natural, no antibiotics or steroids ever and no added hormone cuts are served with E3’s twist on classic accompaniments. The menu also features shareable starters, a full cocktail, and wine list.

Best steak I have ever had. The scallops were perfectly cooked and the service was impeccable! Price is good for what you get. The fact that they support veterans and combat human trafficking is the icing on the cake! Highly recommend to everyone!

Our first visit was great. This time no so great. We were seated right by the entry to the kitchen when other tables were available. Disappointing to have carts wheeled and placed behind our table every 20-30 minutes. This area is not as elegant as seating in the front of your restaurant as we had last time. Server seemed like either a rookie or was having a bad night. Service not smooth as it should be at this price point. My medium sirloin was a little over cooked. It was 730 on a Sunday night and everything seemed a little off. We have lots of steakhouse choices in Nashville and we deliberately picked E3 after our last experience. We had three friends visiting from out of town and I gotta say I was disappointed in our second go around.

The new chef has really elevated the options. We've been a dozen times, and while the quality has always been there we've had inconsistencies with seasoning. Our most recent visits have been superb and flawless. One of our favorite steakhouses in Nashville!

E3 is starting to cut some corners. Just wasn’t as good as usual. Had to ask for champagne flutes for our sparkling wine, they tried to pass off cold hollandaise sauce as béarnaise sauce. Not a big deal but at their price points should be more cognizant of details like these.

The food was great, the service was great, and this restaurant gives 10% of their profits to charit for combat vets and to prevent sex trafficking, which I love. Everything was phenomenal and I would definitely return.

Well to start off I made my reservation for next Friday and did not realize it when I booked it. So the hostess looked and found us a spot and got us seated. Then our waiter was amazing , he suggested we try the bison meatballs, they were amazing and it was something that we had not tried before. Everything was perfect but as every time before it always is. It's our go to date night.

Debated whether to post about it or not. But when we could barely make it home before being sick I thought it best. Two stars because of the ambiance and waiter. It really is a beautiful restaurant and the easy valet was a plus. We started with a glass of Malbec. It was very good. Had the Blistered Shishito Peppers I enjoyed them. I am depressed to say the best part of a $200 meal was the Gruyère, Gouda & Garlic Mashed Potatoes. The $70 cowboy ribeye was raw, fatty, tough, and seasonless. I had two pieces and gave up. Oysters mediocre. Mushrooms inedible. Yes, we knew they came with sherry. They were drowned it it. And so chewy it was like a vinegar gummy bear. Then we were made to feel bad about speaking about to the staff. Won't be back and do not recommend.

E3 has elevated a great chophouse experience to a new level. The food, service and drinks were all amazing!! We had the caviar (exquisite) and the table carved Tomahawk ribeye. The sides (lobster mac, broccolini and mashed potatoes) were incredibly tasty. Can’t wait for it to warm up a bit so that we can try out the rooftop bar!

Steaks were mediocre at best, choc cake for dessert was dry and grainy and I asked for two waters to go for the ride home and the waiter brought me two plastic kids cups with pirate themed cartoon characters on them. My bill with tip was over $500 for 3 people. Not worth the money.

Very pricey and not really worth it. Had far better meals for far less. Wasn’t a fan of the wood fired steak. I saw on the menu they offer cast iron as well but forgot to request it. The bison meatballs were bland and just spicy. It was a weird dish. The scallops added on were almost cold. The service is good, but really average experience overall and wouldn’t go again.

Dining at E3 was just an ok experience. We were seated in a back room apart from everyone else, which would be fine if we hadn’t put notes in our reservation for booth seating. The food was pretty underwhelming especially considering the cost. Overall, it wasn’t horrible but I’ll likely choose another option when considering a steakhouse restaurant.
